I need help on how to do the sex

Joke headline, but serious question:

When I have sex, I usually wind up pushing the woman straight across the bed, especially in missionary, but doggy too. Because of the physics of it all, it doesn’t happen as much in cowgirl.

I regularly wind up with her hands raised above her head so she doesn’t crash into the headboard, or regularly pulling her back down the bed away from the headboard.

I was watching some porn recently and noticed how the actors often stay remarkably stable, in one spot. Is this a camera trick? Stcky sheets? Clever editing that avoids showing the repositioning?

How stable or unstable are you in sex? Do you experience what I experience (and so what I see onscreen is unrealistic), or is there something wrong with my technique?

Interested in hearing from the ladies about this too, since they’re likely to have experience with a wider range of guys’ techniques.

During missionary here are some of things I do.... have her arms raised and then pin her down. If not grab her by the waist or fondling/grabbing her boobies.

In doggy and have her lie on her stomach I like to slide my left hand lightly grabbing her neck. Women seems to like that kind of controlled aggression.

All of these moves you anchor her down so she won't slide all over the place. I did this on silk sheets as well. Heh.

I think maybe he’s not bracing himself properly while thrusting, which cause his body weigh to drag the lady forward. I’m having a hard time picturing it in missionary, but in doggy some slippage would definitely cause it.

It happens for me more in missionary than any other position.

EDIT: I'm actually not sure how it would work in doggie.

In missionary, my pelvis is pushing her pelvis along the surface of the bed, and she's sliding along her back.

In doggie, I'm on my knees, she's on her hand and knees, or knees and forearms and head, all those points of contact make sliding less likely.

She's also able to crouch back on her haunches (butt to heels) to counteract the sliding.

I'm not really a fan of doggie though, I think it entails the least bodily contact of all the positions.
