I think any competent criminal lawyer would be good. I don't think there are lawyers that specializes in criminal defense of clients. The number of prosecutions is really small compared to other crimes. Most of the guys busted are clients of street prostitutes who can't afford lawyers anyway. And since the law is new, no one really has experience with it.
This is a relatively small crime; I don't think they put you in jail until you get bailed out. you probably just get a summon to court. Once the police let you go you have plenty of time to find a defense lawyer. If you get arrested just don't admit to anything before getting the advice of a lawyer.
