I was at a game a couple of weeks ago...two beer and 4 dogs...total...$35.
Watch the game at home and that'll buy a case of 24 and a large pizza!

I was at the game tonight against Carolina,
I had no tickets but I know that when the game start, prices from scalpers go down a lot.
I arrived with a friend in front of the building at the intermission before the first and second period.
A scalper offered us two reds at 20$ each (face value of 110$)
I said no and continue to walk, he get back to me and offered me both for 20$
I said OK and we watched two periods in the 109 section
Good deal (possible against Carolina, but not against the Leafs or the Bruins)

Got to see WWE SuperShow in 2007, beer was 9$. Didn't know, i called the guy, he get me the beer, i ask the price, was waiting for a "5 or 6$" as usual bar price, but when he said 9 i was like "what the fuck?" , i looked him in the eyes and said "at this price, it will be my first and last one here" I gave him a 10$ and he didn't even gave me back any change... like the tip was mandatory...
So now there 10$ ... and they really expect people to give tip...i mean cmon who would fuck for finding a coin in there pocket, when the beer is already 10 freaking $, i supose they put this price because people wanted there $ back from the 10$ bill...
I understand tip for some stuff like restaurant when the waitress give you a good service, and normally i tip well, but it piss me off to tip in bars when they almost do nothing, but always give the mandatory 1$. But at 10$ the beer, im sure lot of people screw that tip thing...
