I'm 55, relatively fit, but the drive is slowing and the refractory period is stretching out. A few years back I started booking 90 min sessions to get a 2nd SOG in, and even that is getting harder now.
I have become expertly proficient at choosing my moment of the 1st SOG. I can make it go quick, I can make it stretch an hour. What can I do, if anything, to shorten the refractory period ?
I have tried a few different things but nothing has shown any concrete results.
No porn or masturbation for a week , check.
Blue pill, check.
Three some's, check.
Other than booking 120min sessions what can be tried?
