As for Lolita, i've dealt with her only once and she came through big time. I applaud her for resolving the recent problems with her employees, which, by their unprofessionalism, made her agency to be looked upon negatively by her clients.

I dear,

I hate it so much when the cops use to expression "cleaning up" talking about arresting women of our industry like we are vermin. I think we have to be extra conscious not to repeat the expressions that were created to denigrate us in the first place.

That being said, running an agency is a very difficult job especially with young women who lacks professional attitude. I think you did the right thing... but not on using the expression!
