Let's say I see a lovely lady across the room that I really like & she is not busy & I want to spend time with her does she have the right to refuse if I'm not her type / vice versa?

My personal opinion, if you have the opportunity to attend this type of soirée, you just dive in, if someone is too picky, I suggest not to attend.
I have interacted with 4 of these ladies, and it was incredible...and I met 4 others socially (at the GTs), I found them interesting, the possibilities are endless, if you attend this type of evening, you have to have faith...

If you've ever spent time with any of these ladies you know you have nothing worry about.
We are still in the brainstorming stage for the voyeuristic entertainment, but we will certainly provide some visual entertainment for those who are basking in their afterglow or have yet to get active.
At past events I have attended I found there were also those who were interested in group activities and did so in plain view in the main room. This is my cup of tea and I hope happens at the event. ;-)
As for limits and such, everyone will have theirs (mine are based on safety, hygiene & respect) and as long as everyone is respectful of this then you should have a good time. Go with the flow and keep an open mind. Of course IMPECCABLE hygiene is essential for a match to strike.
