Higher price does not equate to better service. Better looking does not equate to better in bed. If you leave the extremes of the scales out of it then neither looks nor price should be used to guide your expectations. A few well placed questions is far more likely to get you a good experience than gauging your expectations on either looks or price.
If a guy is considering whether to book an agency girl, he can't ask the girl any questions. He can only ask the booker. So what questions should he ask? If he asks, does the girl provide GFE? The booker will almost always say yes. If he asks, does the girl have a nice body? The booker will almost always say yes. If you have never met the girl in person, there's always a risk that you won't like her no matter what questions you ask the booker.
Bookers are the salesman, and they are expert at it, will not name anyone but some bookers from some well known agencies took me for a ride a few times, is the girl GFE what service does she offer, the booker would say this is between you and the SP, that doesn't tell you much. Are the pics real, yes of course up to date, SP arrives at your place she is like 50 pounds bigger than the fake picture they posted.
I feel this is very childish behaviour from them, also the bat and switch, you book a girl on a site you seen her picture, the agency sends you a completely different girl. I book once and it took some time for the girl to get to my motel room, I went to get a drink when i came back the SP was knocking at my room door, she look nothing like the picture or girl i wanted, i said nothing and just turned back walk to my car and drove away. Paid the motel room but saved 220$ in the process.
Either way independent or agency its a business. SP are there for the money, yes some SP are genuine they love what they do, they love meeting and talking to new clients, and they will provide you with a great service, in agency and independent. But some are there for the easy money, they offer 0 in term of service are very mechanical, and service like that are the worse. And there is no money back guarantee, when you get those you often think about what the money could have been used for instead of wasting it on a bad service and a time that was cut short.
All of these things are true, but of course not all bookers are created equal. Some are actually helpful. Of course, many are not. Either way it can't hurt to ask and you may learn something that can be of use for you in your selection and there's no downside as long as you use your filters. Most people with some experience can weed out at least some of the BS. Of course, the fact that there is so much BS tied to it is yet another great reason not to use agencies unless you're forced to.

Yes and no. Saturated market. However theres always gonna people even when tight will still book. Cause its the only thing they can get which usually a cause of addiction to porn or well no confidence and well not to be mean but arent you know henry cavils or whoever . Like most of is on this site even though some when writting think they are henry cavils. The older lonely men . Then the travellers who cheat on their wife/gf. Or just the men in general who cheat on their wife or gf. Then the the indian asian arabs to name a few) students or gen pop as well huge into this . And last but not least , the lawyers or or doctors or those in “esteemed” positions who love blow and just wanna spend hours with sps doing blow and partying ( agency girls notorious for this . And no not all obviously) So depends how you look it its always a yes and no .

I certainly agree with that part. There is so much offer in montreal its crazy. Between the agencies, massage parlours, independants...especially parlours...
And our economy has definitely slowed down (although has shown some surprising resiliency). Tourism is still strong and i bet they contribute a lot to the local sex work market.

There's the added expectation of gifts for loved ones. Holidays tend to be expensive on most people. They have somewhere their dispensable cash is needed around this time of year.

It's not just mongering that has gotten more expensive and the sticker shock is real around some of this year's potential christmas gifts so I suspect that there's a bunch of compromises being made this year about how money is being spent. It also seems that people who monger aren't stopping, but that maybe they're going just a little bit less. The market has been shifting for a while now and the customer base has been evolving along with it. The customer base now starts at what would have been considered mid-market 15-20 years ago and the low end customer base is gone. That's leaving out service changes like OF etc. I think the days of the ladies "making it up in volume" are gone now too, for the most part, and that's probably better and healthier for them. It seems like everyone slowing down a bit is a natural evolution in the current environment. That's in general, as opposed to high and low season in the current climate. The opportunity costs are also greater now. Meh. People see different things depending on where they are and what part of the segment they're playing in, so there's lots of explanations that can be applicable for each and every one of those segments.
It is also too cold up there for some of us in the US, i.e. me in Phoenix. I had enough cold and snow when I grew up in the Minneapolis area
