Though this is my first post I am an often reader of MERB, but I do not recall this discussion posted. I will soon be in the big city to partake in some of Montreal's finest, and prefer to be safe... orally speaking. I need to know if the self disclosed GFE's from Devilish/Eleganza and others have any objections to this level of service, or should I specifically request the services of those advertised non-GFE types? I assume GFE's can eagerly go both ways if business dictates?

The arguments on this subject have being going for ages on this board now. Just do a seacrh and you will find a number of threads where lots of people tell you their own postion (from SPs, to agencies, to Hobbists) on:
a. Whether or not to go GFE
b. How or wheather you should get tested
Let us adress (b) first:
I for one, have made this argument in the past, get tested, once every 3 months (urine and saliva testing), it is not a diificult thing to have done, then go for the whole bloodwork once every 6 months.
Is this enough? Too much?
You decide what is your comfort level, or better yet ask your Doc he will tell you if you are honest with him. The important part is get tested.
Let me adress (a) now:
To GFE or not to GFE? well, I have also made my thoughts clear on this matter in the past, I will argue that unless you are a hermit or have some sort of vow of abstinance going, there is always a risk. Those that think that their latest pick up at the corner bar is safer than an SP are mistaken. If you are sexually active you are at risk.
Now you can mitigate your risk, have a single long time partner, use protection all the time, limit the number of parteners you have, etc, but yet we are here, at an Escort Review Board, which makes me belive that all of us reading this do not follow in the main categories above.
So unless you are going complete nuts, and are asking for idiotic things (like bare back sex) your risk is directly proportional to the interest you have on that GFE expirience and weather or not you consider, all precations and testing taking into account, that the risk is manageable.
If you consider it is not, then just say no to GFE, period.
Asking other people on the board to tell you weather or not you should go GFE and weather or not this decision is one you are going to be comfortable with is like asking a guy in the street if eating GM foods will cause cancer.
