I wonder if Priceline, hotels and flights are offering great deals to Montreal because of the "polar vortex". Assuming flights can land, I wonder if this is a great time to visit Montreal and enjoy the hospitality and pleasure of Montreal and its lovely SP's:noidea: Is the weather that extreme that folks, including lovely SP's, are staying inside and generally away from Montreal's downtown?:help:

Now that the January colds are over it is quite nice actually,as long at is stays at minus 10C and above it is very comfortable...it's the minus 25 we had that were unbearable...Of course it does mean that the sexy look suffer, no matter who wear it a Kanuk winter coat is anything but sexy,loll,I saw a friend from warmer climate last week and when he handed me my coat as I was leaving he was like ,''wow! that's a big coat''...not pretty but warm lol ,underwear is the sexy part in winter

Smuler there is really no reason to pay that kind of money on a down jacket. LL Bean makes a winter down jacket approved to use in temps as cold as -35 F and it only costs $125:

Since I travel by bus and walk a lot investing in a very good coat is a necessity...just lack pizazz ...for that I have to wait for summer and my favorite attire:dresses and sandals loll...feels like it will never come back

I don't even know what brand my coat is, but i have one that is just so amazing... ITS HUGE and weigh a lot, but i can go outside at -35 celcius and not even feel the cold at all if my legs are well covered and i put my face mask(ma cagoule de ski-doo lol)

Well I guess winter clothing and Fashion don't always go together, Me I prefer to be warm and unfashionable, I guess that SP don't like clients to grab them with cold hands. I don't want my SP to arrive with "cold hands" kinda chills the moment among other things (lol)

About proper attire for the weather,I still laugh when I think about a demand I had once to show up at a potential friend hotel wearing mini skirt ,boots with heels and garter belt...
mind you I love the look but it was winter, in the mist of severe snowstorm so I was kind ,hum, ok? But do you mind if I do not arrive wearing it and I changed?
Turned out it was an issue...Let me put it this way,I stayed home?Lol...
Maybe if I went in my car with the nice heated seats...this is the best invention since sliced bread loll but bus seat are on the cold side...

You would have been over dressed for my taste ( Your Skin your perfume and a sexy smile would be all that is needed) but then I am not 'fashion conscious" and apparently have no dress sense.
I am always interested in seeing how women dress in these very cold temperatures. A lot of the boots with high heels, while sexy, strike me as very impractical on slippery, icy Montreal sidewalks. You need a good sole on the boot and no spiked heels, which are going to send you tumbling onto the pavement, maybe even cracking one of your teeth.
I remember when Alexis of GG arrived she wore these furry looking boots which had flat soles. They looked really warm. Alexis told me they were a good practical boot to wear and that high heels were a problem for her in the cold weather. You have to balance the need to be sexy with the common sense that if you slip on the pavement and break teeth and/or bones, you will not be in much of a condition to work.
