I was eating alone in a restaurent in old montreal on a saturday (so yes i am not in a relationship). I was eating while looking at the street.

A girl passed and smiled at me. Around 2 minutes later she came back enter the restaurent and proceed to ask me my phone number. No disrepect or anything but by her look im 99% sure she was an escort, plus im not attractive.

I found this a little bit weird to say the least.

Happens all the time with street-walkers. He was quite convinced that’s what she was.

What I don’t get is why she asked for his number. Usually it’s the other way around or they ask if you want a “date” right away.

Perfectly reasonable to ask her to join for the meal or drinks and why not to your hotel room afterwards, depending on how it went. Or make plans to meet up later.
