^^^^^ Breaking. Jagmeet Singh said that in January he will vote non confidence to bring the government down. If he does and an election is called, it takes about 31 to 51 days for the elections by that time it will be Feb 2025 in which Singh will qualify for his pension. Singh has been holding the country hostage, this is the longest we had a minority government. Singh is like a shark that when he smells blood in the water he will go for it, that is Singh. Remember, Singh said he tore up his coalition agreement but his true motives was to separate himself from the Trudeau Liberals so he can win the byelections. Now in this latest move, Singh gets to keep his pension and get rid of his rival. That is the only reason he is asking for Trudope to resign. Because if he really wanted him gone, he would have called an election. Singh is the biggest two faced traitor. He is not someone you could ever trust, he will never be PM. He dishonors Jack Layton. See why I say often, I do not look at parties, I look at the person leading the party. Under Jack Layton, I would vote for the NDP but never a two faced lieing traitor like Singh.

Singh is the rat fleeing the sinking ship.
Too little too late. He has made his bed with Trudeau.
He will always be remembered as Trudeau’s lap dog nothing else. He doesn’t give a shit now that he has his pension he knew he could never achieve anything else.
A man with zero character he should be ashamed of what he has done since the last election.

Singh already said recently in the past he would stop backing Trudeau and then he continued to back him. I think his gold plated pension kicks in around July, he may do it then. No concerns about the economy, he wants more money in his pension, I think in total he would get about $2.5 mil if he keeps his seat until July.

The earliest Singh can get his pension is on Jan 24, 2025. The house is closed for the holidays till Jan 27, 2025. Which is why he said when the house returns he will call an election, his pension will be secured by then. What a scumbag.

What would you have done if you were him?

I would have done the job I was paid well to do. That job is working for Canada and Canadians and not his pecuniary financial interests.

Trudeau will go down in history as the worst PM of all time, and Singh will be remembered as the persona non grata with not only Canadians but India as well, where he is considered a terrorist by the Indian government. The Americans will have nothing to do with him as well because of his Khalistani links and have washed their hands of him.

How dumb are Canadians to believe that Jagmeet Singh would have made a good leader let alone PM when he cannot travel to countries on our behalf?

In short, he may have his pension but his future ambitions and travel itinerary are severely curtailed. Money is not the be-all and end-all when you have no friends and nowhere to go.

Maybe he and Canadians will get lucky and Khalistan will become a nation/state then he can go and live there and perhaps they will have him as their first leader. Good riddance, Jaggi!

Would not assist in ruining an entire country for my own personal gain.
t
My question was not meant to discuss his stint as leader of the NDP but what would Cloud would be doing now at this very juncture in time.
Will Canada be much worse when Singh qualifies for a pension? How many other MPs who have been elected at the same time as he was will be qualifying for a pension in the coming months?
Should a pension be denied to anyone who is a NDP, LIBERAL or BQ mp? Have they not all according to Poilievre assisted in taking the entire country to its ruin?

Had someon else been elected leader of the NDP(someone like Layton or Mulcair),would this someone have acted differently than Singh did or plans to do.

I think the greatest immediate threath to Canada, s economy is TRUMP,

The greatest threat is still the same man that has been the worst Prime Minister that Canada has ever had, Justin Trudeau.
Trump is not a threat, he just wants the borders secured and the drugs to stop flowing something that will benefit both countries and he is using tariffs as a threat he will not go through with it because Canada will comply they have no other choice.
He is not stupid enough to destroy the economy of his neighbour and longest ally. China and Russia would like nothing better than to see Canada floundering and hoping they can get a political foot hold right next to the US.

This thread is about Jagmeet Singh, not about whatever it is you are talking about because I am not following you. Best you start a new thread. Now lets get back to discussing Jagmeet Singh.
