I'm not sure of your numbers but what you wrote is true regarding the voter demographics/intentions.
The Liberals continue to win the majority of their seats in Quebec from the Montreal area mainly along the west of the island but with some eastern seats (like Saint Leonard). Prior to the Bloc, the Conservatives would generally fight with the Liberals for most of the other seats (pre-Mulroney era when he took the majority of the Quebec seats). Now that the Bloc has come into federal politics, most of the other fights/races are between the Bloc and the Tories with some places being 3 way fights between Liberals, Bloc, and Tories.
