I totally agree it's an addiction and very similar to heroin addiction. If you see it this way at age 21 you are very bright. get a degree in psychology or social work and you will see things from a perspective nobody else can.

like others mentioned there's apparently no problem if its about pleasure. Jerry Cantrell / Layne Stanley sang it that way in their song "Junkhead". But only one of those two is still here today.

The lack of a belief in controlling one’s own destiny in modern psychobabble is truly amazing.

If you are doing an activity so much that the the marginal enjoyment has declined, then do it less frequently.

If you get significant enjoyment from an activity but a lack of money is an issue, start a process of earning more money.

Similarly, look for expenditures in other areas of life that do not provide the same level of enjoyment and reduce those expenditures.

The solution is likely a combination of those three things. There is no pill for it.
Ahh maybe the OP has got that modern psychobabble everything is a problem gene .... there are simple ways around it like making a bit more money and hence affording a few more sessions.... unless I missed something he was talking about a few hundred bucks or so per month .... not that much is needed , so as long as he doesn’t overdo it there shouldn’t be a problem IMO ... he’s young no need to stress that early in life ... kick back and enjoy the show .... one just needs to be flexible in their thinking

That's also the sense I had, in this thread and some others that I have read on the subject of addiction: a certain resignation to and powerlessness to control one's own actions and destiny. There are only problems, and the only solutions just beget other problems. There has been a recurrence and rejuvenation of this mindset especially with the younger generations, many of whom have not been taught or had reinforced in them concepts like accountability. The modern psychobabble essentially posits that none of us are accountable for our own actions, and that there are unseen forces behind our actions that we may not be able to resist or control because they are bigger than we are. And we are just pawns on a large Chessboard, on which someone else is making the moves. You start becoming accountable, as a man, as a citizen, as a responsible and productive member of society, when you start rejecting these and various other psychobabbles, and take control of your own life.

I feel this might not be the healthiest thing, most importantly because I’m relatively broke at this stage in my life, barely have any savings and don’t really have the income to justifiably pay 100 bucks or so per month just to get this specific kind of addiction temporarily calmed down.
That's a small amount as far as I know.
I'm sure you can find a job that could balance out this expense.
Find something that you're good at and/or that you enjoy and/or that pays well.

I'm 23 so fairly young and I get where you are coming from.

The psychological issues, yes definitely, look at yourself and try to better understand yourself along with getting help.

In terms of the financial issues, get into a good trade, high paying job, or get into a sales position where you can make a lot of money in commission, and once you start making some steady income along with saving some, start swing trading in the stock market like I do and you can make some serious side cash, it definitely helps me pay for the fun I need :).

Best of luck, you got this.

Don't worry about savings now, the little money that you can save will be better off spent enjoying your life now! Worry about savings when you have a full time job. These urges will never go away. I am 50 and go through the same as you! Covid is bad, did a lot of masturbation!

Dont waste money and time chasing women when you're young. Work on yourself now, and enjoys the rewards of your hard work after. Easier said then done, but I wish someone told me that when I was younger. If you become physically fit and financially independent earlier, all ages of pussy will come to you. And the earlier you make smart financial decisions, the less hard you will have to work in the future. You dont want to be old and not be able to retire because you wasted all your cash when you were young. Not saying, dont have fun, but be smart about it. Good luck

you sound like the Atlanta shooter... just don't get violent!

But seriously, this is a forum for guys who like escorts. Asking for help here is a little like a guy with a shoplifting problem asking for help from bank robbers.

At the beginning of this thread some dude said jerk off and watch porn. This is probably very good advice and to summarize the post below this is what a physcoloist once told me.

I relate to what your saying...and in my specific case I really get off to seeing a random asian girl in a parlor (assuming she doesn't look like a hideous asian granny)
I once saw a psychologist about this.
It's actually not something I wanted to do but rather I went because my girlfriend asked me too. Like an idiot I told her I was going to a massage parlor. I didn't tell her the full extent of seeing SPs but I felt like I sort of needed to tell her I was kind of sort of cheating on her...if u consider this cheating (yes stupid idea). We ended up being in a long distance relationship so frankly it's not even that bad...when we were together I was faithful.

Brief after I told her she took it really bad and she told me she would like me to see a physcoloist about this....to discover why I was doing this. Like an idiot I agreed to it.

This was my first and only experience seeing a physcoloist. Basically I had 3 one hour sessions. First session was more talking about my childhood (no problem there, fantastic childhood). Second and 3rd session more about my current situation and my habits. How I would go online look at escort adds, which would inevitably result in me booking and meeting them in person. I was in my mid 20s on average I was busting 3-4 nuts per day. (Always able to do 2 SOG/hr now only 1....anyway I was pretty horney lol)

Here's literally what the physcoloist said:
- your a young guy it's normal your horney
- your girlfriend is far, it's normal you want to have sex with other girls even escorts
Things you should do if you want to avoid seeing escorts:
- dont go to any sites where you can see escort pictures and contact information. Go on pornsites instead and jerk off
......other things he told me...because I have an inherent impulsive nature and I drink a bunch of coffee, I should avoid at all costs trying cocaine as I am likely to develop a serious addiction to it lol

So you should probably get off merb, stop reading reviews about guys fucking girls you wanna fuck...dont go on annonce123, humpchies, leolist and add porhub and xvideos.com to your bookmarked favorites and just Jack off. And while your at it stay off coke and concentrate on university or trade school.
