Love the article. An investigation of many months for this. What a waste of my tax dollars for something so harmless. Meanwhile lining their pockets to look the other way for the important matters. Makes me sick.

Instead blame the mayor & elected officials who promised to clean up the scene prior and after getting elected. The cops are simply obeying orders.

While i agree with you that it seems like a waste of tax dollars, the majority of tax payers not connected to the local sex scene (like us) believe that the mayor and the cops are doing the right thing and many are probably saying "It's about time!!" as we speak.

Personally I do not mind if parlors get busted if it stops drug trafficking and or underaged girls. I am also incomplete shock that a non Conservative place is against these places, according to Cloud499 this is only done in the west.

I agree with STN. If it were up to me, all those places would be shut down for good. There's nothing good about them.

Conservative views are unfortunately spreading to the East to. I mean look at Denis Coderre he is all about political correctness and driven by traditional family values. He wants to turn this into a church family city. We see how after Gerald Tremblay left how one by one the red light district got dismantled, Cleopatra was about to get expropriated, the city is no longer issuing anymore nudity permits, the city has shut down two tity bars. There was a provincial trial that deemed lapdancing as prostitution. People like you in power who are causing this... Not to mention self-proclaimed feminists. Weird the country is going backwards instead of forward. But hey the east is still light years ahead of the west... We still got many high mileage tity bars, an abundance of GFE high quality escorts, and lots of massage parlors. What does Alberta have? Or Saskatchewan? Or Manitoba? I cannot imagine these provinces are so dull and boring.

These places are dumps and you wouldn't catch me dead there, go walk on one of the downtown streets in one of these places and try to say hi to the most unnattractive girl just because you are trying to be polite and friendly and she will just give you a dirty look as if you are trying to rape her as opposed to Montreal where you can try the same thing to a hot girl and there is a good chance that she will just smile and say hi back to you, Alberta is the worst province with the most miserable, anti social people, this is a fact.

There are many full GFE providers in Alberta, in Edmonton and Calgary you can find more than you can handle. In small towns just like in Quebec the numbers drop a lot. The only reason Montreal has great prices and service is over supply and not very good paying jobs for the ladies.
For Joe.T, I recall when we first met tou were asking me about getting a job in Alberta because you could bot find anything decent where you live, economy sucked as you said, now it is Harpers fault that you found no work. Funny man.

I have met many, many, many, meaning an awful lot of people who went to Alberta for the sole purpose of work, what they all have in common is that every single one of those people said that if it wasn't for work that they would never have set foot in Aberta as it is the most miserable, cold and unfriendliest place to live and wished that they didn't have to go there, your strip club reports is also a good picture of the entire province, enough said.

Blah, blah, blah. Sorry to say but people from Alberta say the same about Ontario, Toronto thinks it is the center of the universe and Ottawa is full of political stuffed shirts, at least we have work to offer, keeping the east employed is what we do as your politicians fucked that up. As for strip clubs, big deal.. by the way.... how are the strip clubs in your neck of the woods? Kind of sucks no. Does not make a good arguement when where you live it is just as bad or even worse.... i could say .... Well Thailand, Brazil or Amsterdam kick Montreals ass but that would be foolish as it is a moot point.
Montreal is an exception for strip clubs in north america, good to have yes, a must have...no.
Keep up your efforts to put Alberta down even though the place you live is in the toilet..... makes you seem energized or something... yup.
Just to add, since Alberta is about half immigrants from other provinces maybe your friends thought Ontarioans were the unfriendly ones.... Very likely.

Never said where I live is better, just that Alberta is a miserable dump and will always be a miserable dump compared to Montreal, even though where I live isn't that much better it is still better than that dump of a place Alberta, the most miserble place that people have ever been to according to every single person that I have talked to that went there to work and live(their words not mine).

Why are we arguing here? Shouldn't we live, let live and respect each other. We have to a look at our country on a larger and longer view. At some point, one région contributed more, then later needed help from other régions. That is the true essence of our Confédération. And that applies to Allô régions of our country. Do we want to become like our neighboors?

What a joke Joe.t. You have never been to Alberta and you have probably talked to two people who have been there. Ever been on their roads, hiked in their mountains, or earned a salary which on average is a hell of a lot higher than Quebec's? Unfortunately, Quebec has become an economic, politocal and cultural wasteland. Are you aware of this?

Alberta used to lead in jobs but guess what now half its population are unemployed and on employment insurance. Ontario is definitely the center of Canada... Toronto is the largest city with almost all headquarters of major businesses being there... Many major films took place at Toronto. Has there been any done at you right-wing conservative province of Alberta? Currently British Columbia and Ontario are leading the way in job creation and economic growth. Sorry to burst your bubble Alberta is in the midst of a major economic recession. Here are a few links:

I guess you have not checked a Toronto or an Ottawa tity bar? The full contact grinding lapdancing started from Toronto during the days of Fantasia... Why not do a research on it. It was basically a FS club in operation before lapdancing was legalized. After the legalization most of Montreal downtown clubs had a strict no grind rule... Most Montreal strippers did not grind it was minimal contact. The ones that worked in Ontario were into heavy grinding. Eventually in the later years the grinding spread to Quebec. If I had to compare Montreal to Toronto... Toronto has far better higher mileage stripclubs then Montreal. Montreal clubs are garbage. Only out of town in Quebec it is very good and it beats Ontario. The prairie provinces are the worst as they are the most conservative. Traditional family values and social conservatism is enforced. No contact whatsoever. Saskatchewan shut down the one and only stripclub that was there. Were you not the one whining about Fort McMurray and the lack and low quality of escorts? Escorts in Alberta charge 50% higher prices and give less service then Montreal escorts. Toronto escorts do charge similar prices to Alberta but Toronto norm is full GFE not Alberta. Not to mention Toronto has a lot of beautiful escorts of all races. Many Montreal strippers and escorts go to Alberta to cash in on the higher prices and lower service levels. You really do not know what you are talking about.

You like Thailand lots of ladyboys for you. Lol But who cares about Thailand or Amsterdam. Am I to spends thousands of dollars to travel there just to books escorts and go to the stripclubs there. Lol

Alberta is a really lame province. I got a bunch of family living there. But you know they are very conservative family oriented people who are all about raising a family and buying property. So yep it is a great place for a family. But if you want to have fun then it is lame. Not much in the way of clubs. Ontario and Quebec are the places for clubbing and tity bars. I also like the 24hr fast food joints and late opening stores. But you know it is funny you talk about immigrants Toronto has by far the highest amount of immigrants. Toronto is the economic hub of the country.

Quebec and the city of montreal are but a shadow of what they were once. this city is trying soooooooooooo hard to put on events but they come and go in a flash and the big events have a much lower economic spinoff than touted ----------this city is declining ever so gently but everyone is asleep standing up to notice it. things haven't changed in the last 40 years and won't for the next 40-------

. but
I was told the same by a like 4 people. they had issues either getting a job in Mtl or getting a decent salary. A couple could but their first house after a year there, but they say they would love to live in Montreal with the salary and opportunities from Alberta (margin already deduction housing and daily expenses)

It is a nice and beautiful area but that's it, if I was married, had kids and went to Church on Sundays and had a good paying job and did nothing else then Alberta would be perfect, sorry but I will take Quebec any day of the week where the women are hotter with the best escorts and the best strip clubs in World and for the record I have talked to a hell of a lot more than two people.

You really do not know what you are talking about.

LOL, I wish that I had a nickle for every time that you said that about STN, I would be a millionaire.:)
