This view of women seeking long-term partners is iffy. In open societies, where a growing number of women are achieving financial independence, the need for long-term male partners is no longer such a priority.

Attractive women in their late teens, early twenties, will date the "hot" guy; then once they are in their mid-20s, they dump the hot guy for the guy with money and a job (unless the "hot" guy also has money). But then the girl soon realizes that the chances of a hot guy with money remaining faithful is about 0.00000001%.

Average looking guys with good income prospects bide their time in their teens and 20s, and then are almost surprised to discover that younger attractive women are chasing them.

Average or below average looking guys with no money are SOL, while good-looking guys with cash can fuck whomever they want.

Good-looking guys with no cash will have to settle for memories of their teens when they always got the girl. Once a guy is 35, looks without cash doesn't cut it.

A very insightful post. I can't disagree with much here. Only one thing... The good looking 35-year old with no money (one of my friends IS this person) can still get plenty of pussy. Especially plenty of 21-27 yr old pussy but serious relationships are what is out of the question... He has NO problem hooking up at a bar or club and leaving with a hotty on any given night. The problem arises the next day when the girl realizes that he is still living like a college student.
