It all depends on the agency. Some will give you a small premium for USD but others will accept it on par. The best thing to do is make a withdraw from an ATM or if you are a cash guy then go to Calforex. Figure out how many girls you are going to see and what it will cost you and what you may need for incidentals like wine etc. and make your exchange all at w=once to save yourself the small exchange fee. I always have extra for one girl just in case a Montreal legend has a vacancy that you can fill last minute or if you get a last minute tip. So always budget 1 more than you are going to do. Also, don't worry about spending every penny of CDN currency. If I have extra CDN, Reals, or Euros I just hold onto it for next time.

Also, do not use the currency exchange booths at the airport. Major ripoff Alert. :ban:

This question is posted often. It really puzzled me as to why would a canadian agency post their price in US dollars????

Prices on all websites are actually Jamaican Dollars. If you attempt pay in Canadian currency, you will be charged a 40% surcharge. If you happen to have Namibian Dollars, you can get a good discount from most girls.

Seriously dude, wtf?

This was the best answer. It wouldn't be worth it for us to constantly have to exchange money, banks would flag us so quickly

I thought he asked a good question. It was a repetitive question but a good one. Capital is your first concern at every hobby local and how you get it is critical.

Around the corner
I would agree if the question was where do you obtain Canadian dollars.
Why wouldn’t rates be in Canadian dollars, we are this great big country to the North, we actually do more than play hockey and chase polar bears.

Do Sp in the US post rates in Euros?
I am afraid I will have to go with Luvdozer on this.

^^^^^^^ Have to agree, stupid question. Would like be going to Vegas and asking if strippers are charging in Canadian currency.
I was going to reply the same earlier but do not need another one of those special infractions I keep on getting.

Hungry yes a very repetitive question but why on earth so many people think all price on earth should be displayed in US dollars?

Because some agencies do or did accept US Dollars. When I started in 2007, I paid in US currency frequently. Some agencies would give a premium and others were on par. I think it was 2014 when CDN actually outperformed the dollar. I tried to pay a Delights girl and she wanted a premium. This pissed me off because she was a fembot anyway.

Also, when I went to Tijuana USD was king even though I was in another country. In Brazil, I found people that wanted USD in the worst way. It was easy to get Reals and get a good exchange rate for USD from taxistas and bell hops etc (better than I could get from most currency exchanges). In Germany this was much harder to do. I would bring a wad of USD and exchange in Brussels to get the best rate or drive into Frankfurt and shop around and even bargain with them.

Get away from the train station and the airport to get the best rates.

Some hobbyists go cash only so they don't leave a paper trail. i do a mixture of both.

The fact that a foreign currency may or may not be accepted has absolutely nothing to do with question of whether prices posted on a website are in the local currency or the currency of a foreign nation. It is moronic to think that any company selling any product or service would post prices in a foreign currency without clearly and explicitly stating so. It is just silly.

All of the discussion about where to exchange cash, whether US dollars are accepted at what rates etc. has nothing to do with original question.

If someone doesn’t/hasn’t traveled internationally I can see how a question about currency would come up.

^^^^^^ Even if I did not travel internationally I would notice here in Canada that US prices are not given and make the assumption that it would be the same in the US. Common sense should prevail in something like this.

Yeah I never really travelled outside of Canada (except once as a child on a school trip) and I still have the brain cells required to know that when you buy a service or a product in a certain country, the prices are listed in that country’s currency. Lmao. It’s common sense. And we never see this question coming from Europeans. It’s always an American who comes here and asks if the prices are in USD. Why do Americans think they’re *that* important? Canada is a whole entire country of its own. It’s such a dumb question.

Many escorts will accept USD but to ask if the prices are written in USD while we are in Canada is simply foolish. We would have so much trouble to go through if it was the case. Imagine having to tell every single Canadian client that oops, baby you didn’t bring enough, my rates are posted in USD. No, really, makes no sense.

That being said, if anyone has actual Namibian money I wanna have some haha I love this country with its tribes it’s fascinating!

If some American is dumb enough to think that escort prices in Montreal might be posted in $ US, then my advice to escorts is : DON'T SAY ANYTHING!

Keep quiet and let the guy pay in American dollars. You just earned yourself a 25% tip.

You're happy and the guy is happy because he didn't have to go through the incredibly challenging task of converting $ US to $ CDN.
