I can see the government forcing agencies to close just like SC and MP places.
How many Indies will go back on hiatus or leave the profession entirely is yet to be seen some have already said they may be going back on hiatus others that were set to return are having second thoughts.
I believe there will be more Indies working than during the first wave as some just can not afford not to and others have gotten used to the risk and will continue.
Will there be a huge drop in clients As opposed to the first wave I don’t think so, I think most who have decided to take the risk already will continue good idea or not.

All bars restaurants movie theatres again closed only takeout allowed.
Only people living in the same address allowed in home together, except for essential service like 1 caretaker or plumber.
All stores to remain open. Hair salons can remain open and schools are to remain open.
No movement allowed between zones.
So far no mention of fines or penalties if people don’t abide.
Just listed some of the main ones but they are available on Quebec government web site or CTV Montreal web site.
Apart from the fact that hobbying for Johns is illegal to begin with now this makes it double off limits as I doubt anybody lives under the same roof as the lady she visits.
Wonder how they will be able to enforce and keep families from visiting each other or clients visiting escorts for that matter.

With the new regulation, only people with same adress....does it mean the incall and outcall it postponed for at least 28 days??

Officially according to government guide lines yes. Unless your SP has the same address on her drivers license as you.

I'm pretty sure the only reason many took off as long as they did is because of CERB and the initially fear tactics of the media that made this seem like the Black Death version 2. The risk of covid being serious for them based on the evidence avaiable now is minimal to non existent. And they can avoid passing it on en mass via just wearing mask where it's mandated and exercising caution around high risk people. The same applies to men going to see them.

In theory, Incall agencies should close because the government guide lines are not being applied.

The independents in Outcall could continue, as there is no way to prevent an escort from coming to visit you.

My niece cuts hair and during the last shutdown I asked if I could drop by for a visit and haircut. She mentioned that the people across the street already called the police on their neighbors for having people over. Gonna be fun times in the neighborhood once this settles.

I think we have discussed this many times in other threads but the wearing of a mask when you are up close and personal with an SP for an hour is going to do almost zero to protect you, so you either take the risk or not but don’t talk yourself into a false sense of security.
Other than that I am sure most are taking the same precautions that everybody else is with wearing masks in public places and keeping a safe distance where possible.
Perhaps when it comes to their livelihood and they don’t have many other options not to mention having gone through 4-5 months of loss of income before it is anybodies guess how many will go into hiatus again.

Peoples are educated now. In March everyone was scared (with reason) cause it was the unknown. We know now. We know its nothing to be overly afraid (while still not going heads down to catch it).
Agencies shouldn't change anything unless police start hunting them or something. May be a good idea to go outcall only if nescessary...
