The only movie scene so intense I can't bring myself to watch it a 2nd time is the end scene of Gaspar Noe's Irreversible. Fortunately, getting to see naked Monica Bellucci at other parts of the movie make up for such a wrenching experience of that ending scene. I don't think the full scene is on YouTube but watching the entire movie puts the scene in complete context that a YouTube clip can't.
