-Good start for the CHIEFS...as usual gros ralliement en 2ème demi....MAHOMES 3 TD....belle victoire aussi....imbattable en SEPTEMBRE au cours des dernières années. :)

-BUT the big big surprise...My SAINTS:):):)....DÉMOLITION TOTALE DES PACKERS.....38-3 :)...really like what i saw from WINSTON..5TD...:)....oh yes i know la saison est encore jeune.;)

Was great to see again des stadiums full remplis.

Oh boy....fumble fumble fumble with 80 sec.to play from the Panthers 35....and it was it....with a TD would have win by 6..lolll....BUT the more important...what a game...big plays....fun --exciting to watch.....2 explosive QB....and yesterday JACKSON was spectacular....what a player...

So no regrets....the game at his best.....and CHIEFS will do it next weekend. ;)

The Chiefs had a chance at the end, marching to the Ravens' 32-yard line with just over one minute remaining in the contest, but linebacker Odafe Oweh punched the ball free from tailback Clyde Edwards-Helaire and the Ravens pounced on the loose ball. Quarterback Lamar Jackson then moved the chains on fourth down with a 2-yard scramble four snaps later, sealing the win for Baltimore.

I was planning on only watching the first quarter but later on got hooked. Great back and forth action and no surprise that the Ravens & Jackson were once again involved in the NFL’s most exciting game of the week ...

Both teams offensively were very dominant as expected , so much so that they made their respective defences look like Swiss cheese , but also noticed some really poor tackling on the Ravens side ... anyways it was an exciting close game that came down to being decided on a late turnover ... tough luck for the Chiefs and their backers although one always needs to be weary and respectful of home underdogs... but it’s a calculated risk one takes and it’s easy for me to comment but as always we can’t place the bet once the horse has come in ...

**speaking of NFL handicapping I read and noticed a lot of players backing the Chiefs and Seahawks this week and they were both advertised locks of some sort and maybe rightly so on paper , but that’s NFL wagering I guess ... GL to all and hoping for a good bounce back next week

P.s @Robert 21 ... can’t cheat death but one can easily cheat on their taxes lol .,, so perhaps just one guarantee lol ;)

Chiefs Sign Gordon!
Chiefs are looking for a 2nd WR and this could be a good fit, if Gordon stays clean. He has All-Pro talent, which has been derailed by substance abuse. However he has been given numerous chances by many teams and the NFL, this because by all accounts, despite his relapses, he is a good guy, hard worker and is really trying, is just weak when it comes to the drugs.

Hopefully he can stay clean and sober and his incredible potential will finally be realized in KC.

By the way he is in addition to a good WR a very good downfield blocker for others. A true football player.

1. I'm not sure if lacking a WR is what's ailing the Chiefs right now. But if it is...

2. Signing Josh Gordon isn't going to help. If this is the time he kicks his bad habits for good, I'm putting myself on an ass-only diet next time I'm in Montreal. It's a miracle how teams aren't giving up on a guy that's been suspended 5 times for the same issue.

It is something of a miracle, but what I have read as I posted above is that staff of the teams he has played for, NFL Security and most importantly the Commissioner all see him as a good guy, a hard worker, and someone who is genuinely fighting his addiction demons despite his various setbacks. Hopefully, KC has a good supporting system in place for him so he does not break curfew and have relapses. I believe that if he stays clean and is healthy he can perform at at least NFL #2 WR level, and maybe at All Pro Level. From what ESPN is reporting, many teams, not just KC, wanted to sign him, so people around the league do not think he is a hopeless case.

There is a lot to like about Josh Gordon’s game but it’s hard to see him not getting in trouble again ... will be rooting for him and hope to be wrong ...

For the first time since the Mahomes era started that the Chiefs find themselves under .500 , but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about , they should easily make the postseason ... they are top dog in their conference so teams will bring their A game and try to beat them ... they are 1-2 and could have easily lost against Cleveland but it’s not so surprising as both the Ravens and Browns are contenders and the Chargers have a good team with a special talent in Justin Herbert , he had one hell of a rookie season and the future looks bright ...

The Chiefs problem is their defense...it's simply horrible!...their D in terms of total yards allowed is ranked dead last in the NFL!
In the first 3 games the Chiefs have given up more yards on defense than they have put up on offence...their run defense has given up an average of 160 rushing yards per game!...at that pace the Chiefs will go nowhere this season!
