Doc Holliday said:SURETE DU QUEBEC
ILE DE MONTREAL
APB
French-Canadian male.
Known to often wear an old red & white Montreal Canadiens jersey.
Often doesn't make any sense & makes claims to the opposite.
Considered dangerous only if seen wearing that old red & white rag formerly known as a hockey sweater. People wearing a hockey sweater containing a maple leaf should avoid this very disturbed individual at all costs. It is quite possible that this individual appears very depressed & might also be crying & threatening harm to himself & others.
Last seen wandering the Bell Center area on the afternoon of January 11th, 2009. He was overheard muttering to himself the words "Patrick...Flower...Coco...Bluet....Pointu....El Senateur...."
This person has not been seen & heard of since, which is very unusual for this person. There are claims that he has been spotted atop the Jacques Cartier bridge. Other reports had him located atop the CIBC building across the street from the Sheraton Center. Whereabouts unkown.
Goes by the name: GO HABS GO
Please call 9-1-1 if someone fitting this description crosses your path & please do not approach the individual.
Doc Holliday said:Today Jean Perron came out with a story where he learned from extremely reliable sources that Sergei Kostitsyn, Christopher Higgins & Carey Price are constantly partying it up & in Price's case, the problem has become very serious & the Habs risk seeing him throw it all away if someone doesn't step up & take control of him.
Don't be surprised to see Kostitsyn sent to Hamilton & Higgins being traded away in the very near future. Price supposedly hasn't been the same person since his gf dropped him & i've heard all kinds of rumours in regards to both his social & personal life. Young single athletes such as Carey Price are easy targets in hockey-mad Montreal.

You know what? At the beginning of the season, i thought the Leafs had a decent chance to make the playoffs. After a couple of months, i realized they were worse than i thought & likely wouldn't make the playoffs. If they weren't going to make the playoffs, i figured they might as well unload the overpaid & underperforming parts, trade away some of their few valuable parts for draft picks or prospects, and make Luke Schenn your only untouchable. So i figured they might as well tank the season, draft a top 3 or 4 pick in a great draft, and rebuild from there.benxxx said:known last year as: your best player, your future captain, and your most promising young talent(excepted Price of course...) now we are contemplating giving it all away and hope for a descent player in return...

As for the Habs, i figured they pretty much had the same team as last year as long as their powerplay was clicking. After a couple of months, i even thought they had a chance to contend for the Cup. However, the powerplay never clicked, the team greatly lacked leadership, and the young talent never played up to expectations. Today, they're a team going nowhere & in serious danger of missing the playoffs. At least 10 players on their starting lineup are unrestricted free agents & most of them are not likely to return. Ten players!!!!!
You know what?? Tonight, i'm realizing that the Habs are possibly in worse shape than the Leafs!!! At least the Leafs know they're awful & have already began to figure out ways to improve the team for the future & make it competitive once again in maybe 2-3 years...maybe more. As for the Habs, i have a sense that they're totally clueless about how bad they are, that there's no leadership or chemistry on the team, some players have been grossly over-evaluated, the coaching staff lacks the necessary experience whenever the team gets into a major slump/crisis....at least 10 players on the present roster will be gone by season's end & nothing appears to being done about it in order to make the team competitive again in the future.
Not only that, but the stock of key players such as Kovalev, Kostitsyn, Price & others is sinking & sinking fast. Gainey will likely expect high draft picks/high prospects to be sent his way at the trade deadline if he decides to part with his over-evaluated players. It likely won't happen this time around. No wonder Brian Burke prefers Canadian players over Europeans on his teams. Look at what's happened with the Habs!!
