Florida thought they would have a party in NYC. They did, but not on the ice. Chris Kreider, who now leads the NHL in goals, was ESPN's player of the game with 2 goals and an assist, while Igor was stellar in goal (34 saves, .944 GAA):

The video of the Wirtz exchange is in the link above and I will let you guys draw your own conclusions on how Wirtz behaved, but when you have a suck-ass team I do think you have to answer some tough question before moving forward.

NHL commissioner Gary Bettman says the confrontational response by Chicago Blackhawks owner Rocky Wirtz to reporters' questions about the Kyle Beach report on Wednesday came out of "frustration."
Scapegoat city!!!!!!! He was given a gun with no bullets and then was told to bring home supper. He wasn't fired when Hughes took over so they could leave someone around to take the blame when the losses continued to mount. This is and was strictly done to allow someone not beholden to the new regime to take the fall for the sins of the prior GM.
MARTIN ST-LOUIS is the one....par intérim.....big surprise....none saw it/him coming.....am still in shock 
..is he the man????....was a good/intense player....he knows the game.BUT being head coach it's another level.....we will see...he has the rest of the season

This article says he is now living in Florida, although I read elsewhere that he still maintains a home in CT, where is wife is from. BTW, in case any of you guys are wondering, Riverside is not an independent town, it is a neighborhood or village within Greenwich. It does have its own train station on Metro North's New Haven line to New York City.

Especially when you consider he went undrafted by the NHL, this despite being a 3 time All American at the University of Vermont and having as good a career as anyone who has played there. I suspect that this may have been due to his size, but isn't Cole Caulfield the same size and didn't he get drafted in the first round?
By the way, he was also elected to the University of Vermont Athletics Hall of Fame in 2007, and in 2016, his Vermont jersey number was retired before a frenzied, sold out crowd. Martin St. Louis played at Vermont with another player you may have heard of- goaltender Tim Thomas.

Yeah continue to take coach who don't have a lot experience for a high profile market ... Julien made the playoffs because of Therrien good start ...
