No thread on Supreme Court hearing?

I am surprised that none of our legal specialists has started a thread on this main issue. According to main stream
media, it might take 6 to 9 months for Supreme Court to declare a major change on prostitution laws in Canada.
In the meantime here is a nice salsa song from my favorite Nicaraguan's singer Luis Mejia Godoy. Nice music but sad story. It's about a girl using prostitution to survive and to feed her children in Managua. Once we solve our problem here in Canada, we should take care of the rest of the world. Because we are a great country and we have a world wide responsability to those less fortunate...

Thank you for the reference to the the song.
But man, I cannot believe it, how could we, as second largest and the most advanced country of the world (I mean it!) leave the US do the job?
To me being a proud canadian means a lot more than supporting the Habs! In terms of terrorism, the US have what they deserve from previous elected goverments foreign policies.
In terms of illegal immigration, they have an unfortunate huge border with Mexico, which means with the rest of the lower continent. But mind you, the US, contrary to Canada's non sense illogical immigration policies, is well aware of its more than 10 millions illegal migrants but doing the best to use them for the best of its economy and working forward to integrate them in its legal social system (at least this is one of Obama's main goal for his second and last mandate). Canada's intitiative lead by Harper's unconscious coercitive view is the a mess at this level. So yes, I am proud of my country, but fuck Harper and its BS! These last weeks ''senategate'' episodes are the sign that his time is over anyways!
