My vote goes to Uncle Bob. The man seeks out SP's from agencies / indys not as popular as the mainstream ones. Plus he does give negative reviews when warranted.

The final votes have been tallied but you make a good point. I haven't written a negative review (accept for the two girls that stood me up - one in Vegas and the other in Montreal) since 2013. I think the reason is I try not to TOFTT anymore. I see the girls that everyone is raving about, I listen to PMs, and I talk to the booker. My last Montreal Abortion back in 2013 was a girl that had been raved about but had lost interest in the job....and she got a well deserved bad review.

Bob is more like a NEw York restaurant critic. He likes to seek out untested waters and write about them. If you are "sizzilin on a shoestring budget" and you like to venture into the "wild west" and that is what Backpage is - Bob is your man.

Never knew the vote was over but was guessing delta would win.
The reason I voted for UB is not only because of where he finds his encounters but because when he sees a SP it is more of a normal hobbier ( spell checker hated that word ) review where YMMV will take into effect.
Taking nothing away from the other reviewers but IMO ( I have been known to be wrong ) when person X calls an escort agency and is known very well to give stellar reviews I am guessing that the SP knows about this and session would be above par compared to a newby encounter. Same as when a food critic enters a dining establishment, things are kicked up a notch for the critic. Again, just my opinion.

In Montreal my luck with agency girls and Indies has been good. But still you find a stinker now and then. My goal is to have no stinkers. This, to me, is more important than the integrity of the review process. I want to maximize my hobby dollar. However, everything I write is true.

Now, if I were a professional reviewer, I would conceal my identity and try to catch the agency off guard. But again, my goal is to have a good time with the girls in and outside of Montreal. That is why I will not see BackPage girls.

I think like Hungry101. I'll try to maximise my spending because its a lot of $ for me, so I want to be almost sure i'll have a good time. Plus, if I really like a girl ill try to repeat with her as much as possible (although not too much cause i dont want to get attached to her...sad but true, its how i am)

I have to agree with your logic to have a flawless encounter. I am usually stuck trying to find someone on the south Shore ( and I did find a few good ones ) due to time, into Montreal would cost me an extra hr travel time. I will be seeing Montreal SP's a lot more this year and steer away from new south Shore finds ( I have 3 I can have a great time with )
Taking nothing away from the reviewers but visiting top tier SP's and writing a good review ( and they should be ) is not the same as finding new talent in obscure places.
Hence the vote for UB.

I agree. Finding new talents is what a good reviewer does. Dealta does it a lot so he get my vote. They only times I tried "unrievewed" sp was when i got a last minute cancelation and booked an other one and when a booker i trust suggest me one. But ironically, i found my ATF who had almost 0 reviews just because I had a really good gut feeling when i saw her pic.

It seems more of mathematical situation ,the most reviews ?

Best reviews are not necessarily link to numbers not for me anyhow it is more to the quality of the ambiance and erotic context ,that make you dream of having that type of encounter .A fantasy one !

And the best I have read, is this one https://merb.cc/vbulletin/showthrea...amp-Eleganza/page8&highlight=monica+del+fiore
#114

I would certainly fully enjoy a encounter like that one .Feeling and dreaming of the encounter is the essence !

Happy Hobbying

Cheers

Agreed Booker. To summarize the last few comments in this thread; there are is the greatest quantity of reviews, the most helpful reviews, and the most entertaining.

Again, this is just my opinion and what I prefer to read. I am not here to read a Harlequin romance novel, I am looking for what services a SP provides, what the YMMV factor is, cleanliness of the place ( I mostly do incalls ), general attitude of the escort . Looks I can get from a web site and looks is not even near the top of my list. A review that is multiple paragraphs I usually do not read. Certain peoples reviews I completely dismiss because they are basically all the same from 1 SP to another.
On another note I do thank every reviewer for their contributions, just because 1 person does not agree does not mean that many more do.
I know my reviews are below par but I am just looking to get laid and that is about all.

PS: Bonjour.C.Moi Thanks for the info about Eva Charms

Love your simple outlook on this subject STN, I pretty much feel the same way about your viewpoint on reviews. The over the top ones and the ones that tell more about the reviewer than the lady I tend to take with a grain of salt and skim thru unless I know the reviewer personally and as a trusted friend. Reviews from those trusted merbites i have met mean quite a bit to me but i still rarely book based on a review anyways but i do value the guys that do reviews because they are very helpful to many here on Merb and I know a good majority of guys book based on reviews.

Hello all

When I read reviews I like enthusiasms and feel that the reviewer really did enjoy himself and possibly the SP too.
For me I would say that mechanical reviews are in the same league as mechanical SP's :confused:If you permit this analogy
I appreciate all the good efforts done by all who reviews but it is like in everything, some reviewer do come out of the pack, not by the quantity, but by the substance of there reviews .

Happy hobbying to all

Cheers

Thank you Reverdy you've been here way longer than me and it shows. Now I know who is this guy. loll so funny.

You guys dont know the story... I made my own site because of agency controlled content here... I even got threatened for it. I did not ask for rebates form Agencies like you did, Delta, for good reviews.

Personally I have not seen a bad review removed, I have seen white knights against a not stellar review though. With one popular indy posting that she takes appointments on how a person reviews and some white knights here I can see some tainted reviews to be had though. Not everyone will have a good time with evry SP, you have to expect some disagreements and not always is the SP in the right mood so you have to expect some not stellar reviews, it is the way it is.

Gentlemen,

Okay. Could you help me find where a couple of them went then?

I have seen white knights against a not stellar review though.

Funny how spastic people can be against the smallest thing. You can have an arm bitten off just for saying, " I didn't think she was 100% that day".

With one popular indy posting that she takes appointments on how a person reviews...

Do you call that cherry picking "nice guys" or "shills"?

...you have to expect some disagreements and not always is the SP in the right mood so you have to expect some not stellar reviews, it is the way it is.

Of course she can cure that problem with a no review policy. Better yet, a no BAD review policy.

...totally unethical and discutting...I believe we do live in a democracy!

Have you tried writing a negative review IF you had a negative experience. Try it IF the situation comes up.

Holding a gun to a MERB reviewer and an SP is as low as you can go!

I know some astonishing Limbo dancers. ;)

Happy Democratic reviewing,

Merlot

If I had a bad experience and wrote it in a review and it was removed I would repost the review again.
I posted 1 negative review in the past, sure it is still there.
Was the review against a certain agency? We're most of the claimed removals against a certain agency?
I do agree that it is not right.
