This may sound lame but I'm turned on by intelligent and kindness, so a warm smile and a sparkle in the eyes are hot as f*** to me. There are other things that can be hot (heels, a stealie tattoo, braids, an Italian accent, etc) but they can also be meaningless on the wrong woman. Huh. I think I sound old, or at least old fashioned.... I will say that I find it hot when an escort will have a few drinks with me and get a bit loose ... MMMM!

A certain look in the woman's eyes, a certain way of carrying herself. I appreciate women who have good taste in fashion, not in the luxury sense but who are creative and playful in how they dress, with fun hair styles. A sense of humor is really hot, particularly if it's slightly edgy. A lot of interests and hobbies. Nice hands. Someone who appreciates eating and having fun. I tend to like people who are a bit more extroverted than I am as well, I find that super hot, as long as they respect me

Good topic! There are so many things but the first things that get me every time is the eyes and smile. Sense of humor and intelligence are always high on my list. Confidence that doesn't cross the line into arrogance. Kindness...there are so many I could go on forever.

I am hetero, but I appreciate the below traits in both women and men. It makes women desirable and men respectable and to an extend a role model:
- A toned and well trained (natural) body - Obviously this can be seen as sexual but looking beyond that, it shows discipline, dedication, self-control and the willingness to sacrifice. It is a good indicator on the person general approach in life
- Passion - Again, I do not mean in the bedroom. But I admire a person who is passionate about their hobby, work or a cause. The subject does not have to concern me at all. In fact it can be something I have absolutely no interest in, but if someone can convey their passion and dedication on a certain topic that is "hot"
- Soft spoken and articulate - I despise women (and men) who attempt to get everyone's attention with the volume of their voice. (They usually have very little substance) On the other hand, someone who manages to crowd control a room or meeting with their eloquence and low voice is someone I usually look up to
- Charisma & Confidence - This most of the time goes hand in hand with being attractive, but not always. Some people just draw all eyes on them when entering a room because of how they carry oneself. Having confidence and a presence / aura without looking like a arrogant prick is rare, but so desirable to me
- Book smarts & Street smarts - Most people have one or the other. I admire those who have both. Ideally a women who can juggle them at the same time. Jumping from a 8-figure sales pitch to cracking jokes about a random topic is a sight to behold
