Well, considering the ratio of males to females, you have an EVEN BETTER ratio than online dating. Who knew that was even possible! I feel like the odds are already so bad for us online dating.

This site is devoted to the latin community but there are several gringos - like me - looking for a date with muchachas. The time I spent on this site I was able to meet at least two ladies: one from Argentina and one from Brazil. I try to online dating a few sites. It is a game of the numbers. We men must be to put in all the effort. The result are not worth the work effort. Hot ladies are not to need dating sites so it impossible very much to meet one there.

I was on POF from January to April and, man!, that site was off the hook! I never contacted chicks. They contacted me. I managed to go on at least a dozen dates. I could have went on many more but I didn't have the energy (or wallet) for it. Eventually I settled on a girl I met on there (until I met another one in the "real world).
I've also used eHarmony, and had some success, but the women on there are a lot more serious. I actually met a woman back in 2009 on eHarmonet. We dated for 3 years and eventually got engaged....until she left me. Oh well...
Anyhow, I highly recommend POF. I think that site is the bomb! As long as you have a nice, cool profile that's not cheesy nor too macho, and include a few classy, interesting pictures, have solid first date ideas, you can land a lot of dates and more. I wish I was single so I could be on that site again! LOL!!!!

When you say that you are hare to approach...What do you mean ? When you are out and you think that a man will approach do you give him a dirty look to dissuade him ? A lot women wear their iPods or pretend that they're talking to someone on their cell.

Personally,I don't have the self-esteem to try online dating. Although, I did sign up on POF....just so I could read the profiles.Most men will not have success with online dating but for women it is great....they get a lot of attention & have a mostly positive experience.

POF is probably the best out there but it is still the same no matter what site, the females do the picking ( most of the time ). I had 3 " dates " on POF and decided to call it quits for various reasons. I have decided that the search is over and if I find someone it will be by accident and stop " looking "' for someone special. If I want sex it will be with a SP. On my last POF date after our dinner I did an incall, it was actually a good night.
As for a pick up line " I have a 8 inch tongue and can breath through my ears ". or a friend of mine at 3am " I may not be the best looking guy in the bar but I am the only one talking to you ". He seems to have some luck with that.

It is very simple. She did not like what she saw in other words she was turned off. Unfortunately in online dating women have the upper hand and thanks to men who send too many messages and giving them too much attention. In addition all you got is a picture and some words. Everything about this setup is almost 100% superficial so expect to be judged solely on your physical appearance. If you are not over 5'10" with muscles forget it men will have a very tough time on online dating sites. I gave up many years ago. At 5'7" and being skinny most women just skip my profile. I had success with picking up at bars and clubs. The old fashioned way is the way to go.

but on POF i dont know for men...but for me i receive at least 40 msg per day (i mean from 40 different men, because i stopped to count how many msg im exchanging back-forward too...ok im there since 3 days...loll) but i dont think it can be that bad on the men's side

It is the case on all dating sites....women are flooded by messages every day, but men are lucky if they get one per week.

online dating is a waste. pof is the worst of all. if you're not a hunk, you have to lower your standards and go for those who, even with beer goggles on, you'd never fuck. even with them, you're not even guarantee that they'll write you back because they get hit by guys who are prettier than you so they are fucking picky

better stick with hobbying. less headaches and you get to choose the girl you want
