So, she did not give consent

Exactly. Everything else you said is irrelevant and says a lot about the type of person you are.

This woman sound like she has serious anxiety problems all her life, she even went to the interview with her service dog. ( which she left in the park with her partner )
She panicked when she saw his penis. The service offered is massage, how many penises do the other ladies see in a shift there? She claims he touched her anus and vulva, and then wiped his penis on her arm. Was she nude for him to touch her anus and vulva, was he standing to wipe his penis on her arm?

From the article :
The judge reiterated this basic rule: consent to a sexual act must be given clearly and explicitly and cannot be inferred from the complainant's silence or passivity, for example, her lack of immediate reaction.

So, she did not give consent, nor did she complain. So does consent have to be in writing? The offender admits to have had his right to issue receipts from the massage association 20 years ago. These days the massage association will give the right for anyone to issue receipts just to collect dues. I know of several ladies that go beyond the rub and tug and offer massage association receipts.

I think this woman has deep anxiety problems so that she requires a service dog just to go outside her home. She may freak out if Maxi is out of stock on Helman's mayonnaise and she has to but No Name mayonnaise. She probably has no work experience and/or saleable job skills and had some kind of distorted idea of what massage involved. Imagine if you were her first client and she saw your penis, she would probably see a hissing cobra between your legs and try to beat it to death with a broom.

Your questions can simply be answered by accessing the court judgment, which is free and super easy to get. Instead of making up scenarios, let’s be rational.

The problem is not the dick but the guy who owns it.
That’s why there are so many women complaining about men behaviour. Some constantly do force things up especially in a power position like Rozon, Epstein and company.
it looks like this time, it didn’t end like the other ones (no consequences) which is ok for me.
I’m sick and tired of abusers.

After reading this, I want to say that that's why so many men abuse women and have no idea about it because they thought the woman was just being "unreasonnable". Then they're surprised when they are brought to court.

You're conflating judgement and sentence. A guilt judgment has indeed been rendered, but the final sentence has not yet been decided. The distinction is important.

No... Here is how consent is defined on a website that provides general information to the public about the law:

When giving consent, a person can say they’re in agreement with their partner’s actions. They can express their consent through words, an attitude, or actions, like a smile. A person who says or does nothing isn’t consenting to sexual activity. They don’t have to resist physically in order to show they don’t consent. [...]

I want to note that I have heard similar stories from many many individuals about other establishment owners (massage parlours and agencies) and they never suffered any consequences.

I think it's insane that some people here are in denial that somebody who was actually convicted is not guilty. From my perspective if some others are not taken to court, it might be because they have more protection from LE or even organized crime.

I almost applied to work at that place and it is clearly an erotic massage parlour. This isn't just a regular spa lol... Maybe some didn't get happy endings there but certainly that went on, because it was recommended to me by other women in the industry.
