Password problems ?

Hi guys,

I recently tried to log in, and was rebuffed again and again. Could not find how to recover my password, and my emails to administrators went unanswered. Has this happened to anyone else? I am just upset that I have lost all my history and reviews etc. under that handle and have to start over again...

Any help would be appreciated.

A few weeks ago they ran some software to remove malicious content from the board and it accidentally banned a bunch of people (myself included). I've tried to contact Fred about this a few times but haven't received a response either. I'm told he's just really busy and to just be patient. I would PM one of the mods to let them know you created a new handle just so they're aware since technically it's against the rules to have more than one handle. I think in this case they're being more lenient since a lot of us have been locked out for weeks on end.

Been 3 weeks for me and still unable to use my real board handle. After sending a couple emails to Fred I gave up and created this one.

I'd rather recover the original one (fdube) and I'll ask the mods to terminate this account if I ever recover my original account. I needed a Merb account to be able to set up an arrangement with a SP I wanted to meet for a while, hence this account. Hopefully, I can go back to being my original self soon.

Same here..about 3 weeks. Some people are having better luck than others getting a response. Makes me wonder if he's getting so many emails that ours are being missed? Who knows..

Happened to me 3 weeks ago. Sent an e-mail to Fred and problem was eventually fixed. Took about 4 days.

I think we need to give Fred some slack- it sounds like a lot of people were concerned. Anyhow.... if it works out, it works out. May just have to rebuild my awesome reputation from the ground up, hahaha

It took two emails to Fred and finally I was able to log in today. I was locked out since the 7th of this month.
