a friend of mine in New York called me to advise me that an escort agency is using some pictures of me on their site to promote themselves. I ask the people of this board to advise me as, what are the laws in Canada for such use?
I am from Ukraine, still living in Ukraine (Kiev) and find myself working as an escort in Canada.

They cannot use your picture on their site without your consent. It's illegal. The first thing I'd do if I were you is e-mail them with similar proof you provided here that you are indeed that person and ask them to remove your picture from their site immediately. Also mention that if they do not comply within 48 hrs., the necessary steps required for them to comply will be taken. My guess is, it won't be worth it for them to argue with you, they'll remove it and just use somebody else's picture.

You're cute. Is marriage really necessary? Coudn't we just live together in sin?
