I have known a few student nurses that worked as masseuse to get through nursing school. The strangest one I know of is a accountant that offered SP services right out of her office. I think she was desperate for money and put an ad out for massage but she was offering SP services as well. She was in her mid 40s and looked like she had been an accountant for all her working career. It could be a case where she did something really bad in her profession and lost her credentials. Her office looked emptied out, and possibly her assets were seized.

I was a body piercer before. (I still am, once you're a piercer you stay a piercer, lol. I don't work in a tattooshop and don't advertise as a piercer anymore so I don't do piercings as often anymore, but I want to eventually open my own tattooshop.)

I also used to work in a motorcycle (and other motorized vehicles) shop. Lifting tires and heavy boxes full of oil or batteries is an easy thing for me lol. I'm stronger than I appear, I swear that job gave me muscles.

I hated both of these jobs (even though I LOVE doing piercings) simply because I hate working for someone and having a shitty salary lol.

I was in another Canadian city and saw a ad for a real estate agent. She use to be a SP in Montreal, but has made the transition into a new career.

Nursing seems to be common with SPs. I knew one that worked in a daycare for kids.

Look behind you.
My ATF was and still is taking her law degree, I think she has a year or two left. No student loan to pay back when she is done.

Hair dressing, nursing, stewardessing and studying medicine and law are among the occupations reported by SPs I have encountered.

I can't help wondering if having been an escort constitutes grounds for refusal of admittance to the bar in: a) Canada where being a sex worker is legal b) the US, where it is almost everywhere illegal.

There was a french girl studying medicine at thai massage jasmine. She disapeared as soon as she graduated. She was an exception, I think most girls do something DEP related(hair dresser, DEP nurse, etc.)

Wife and mother of two putting her kids through a parochial school - Had a bizarre discussion with her husband who called me to ask me if it was OK if his wife brought along a friend to observe as sort of a job shadow. Saw her twice.

My current ATF previously worked as a department store cosmetics sales person, and a few other sales/service jobs before she took up escorting. She is currently working on setting up her new business and plans to retire soon. My previous favorite had also worked in sales and a brief stint waitressing. She got her degree, retired and now has a job at a headhunting agency. Amongst the many others I knew, one became a chef full time, one became a sugar baby that eventually turned into a trophy wife, one became a flight attendant, and one launched her own online business (the details of which are foggy as its so long ago).

I said yes but when April/Angel (she changed her name between the first and 2nd visit) arrived the job shadow wasn't with her. They got into it at their daughter's school pageant April explained. She said that her friend was not being discrete about escorting in front of the other parents so she didn't bring her and, in the parlance of our time, "blew her off."

Man, was I disappointed. She would not have been just watching.
