There have been studies linking just that, marturbation and premature ejaculation. In a nutshell, some men who masturbate frequently and in a hurry(e.g. gotta hurry because my wife/girlfriend/sister/mother is pulling into the driveway) condition themselves to cum too fast. This is typically adolescent behavior, where the goal is to unload as quickly as possible in order to obtain immediate pleasure. The downside being that you are conditioned not to last.

Correct but it's psychological not physiological. No offense to EagerBeaver but his argument which equates frequent masturbation with "exercising the penis", therefore increasing blood flow, affecting artery size and increasing sensation is a load of poo. You can masturbate 20 times a day and have your weenie run laps and join a gym, it's physiology is never going to change. The only "organic" causes to premature ejaculation are linked to diseases such as urinary tract infection or rare conditions like phimosis where the foreskin cannot be pulled back from the head of the penis.
