Just another randon thought: Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall at one of these initial interviews between a SP and the agency owner.......As soon as it came to my mind, another one replaced it "I ALREADY HAD!!!"......TWICE!!....Both instances are two of my most treasured and interesting stories that now flash into my mind and make me smile. A highly recommended activity!!!!!!

Hello all,

Maria's comments are interesting... I don't ask every lady I see what they think of their agency but I often do, and unfailingly I have recieved positive feed back from the ladies who work for Jessy, Peter and Asservissante... and these are my preferred agencies. I'm never perfectly satisfied that what I do in seeing the ladies is "proper", but at least I try to eliminate one odious element of the business.

Considering quite a few on this board are banging euro & asian 'sex slaves' in other North American cities, i really doubt any so-called 'boycott' of any sort would work.

While poor, bad or abusive treatment of escorts by clients is not the subject here I was surprised to get a call from an owner commending me for being very respectful with a lady during a meeting that afternoon. Let me put that in perspective. The meeting was the most animalistically (made up word maybe :)) primal I ever had. We were like two animals continually trying to devour each other. I never exceeded anything the lady allowed and I did walk her out of the hotel and wait with her until the car arrived. But the statement by the owner left me thinking how bad must a client be when a lady, who allows pretty much everything anyone could include in a GFE meeting, feels abused. The owner also said; my job would be so much easier if more clients were as good to the ladies as you, indicating how often others must act poorly or worse. It's a sobering indication.

So, while the subject here is owner coercion, I am mindful that there is one owner at an agency and hundreds of clients calling for service with an unknown percentage who may well be abusive.

Sadly,

Merlot

I would be interested in reading Techman's observations here as he knows and is friends with many in the industry. Does he think coercers should be revealed and boycotted? I was mocked earlier when I suggested "boycott' but I'm willing to bet that a united front by right thinking Merbites would cause the 'guilty" owners to reconsider their practices.

Why do you always try to involve me in your discussions, Dee? Do you always have to drag me into everything? You really want my opinion? OK, I'll give it to you. From reading the board I think there are a good number of agencies in town that treat their ladies properly and if a SP is having problems where she's working, she should be able to find somewhere else to work without too much difficulty. As rumples said, I don't have any experience with escorts, but if they're anything like dancers, some will tell a client what they feel he wants to hear if they figure they can get repeat business out of it and I guess it's up to you how much you want to believe. And it wouldn't surprise me if some agency owners took advantage of their situation. Some stripclub owners and managers do the same thing sometimes so why anyone is surprised that this happens is beyond me. And looking at the other side of the coin, how many SPs offer sex to their boss to get better or more bookings?

For the second part of your question I don't think anyone should be posting shit about people that they can't prove. Why ruin anyone's reputation if you can't prove it? And if you can't prove it then you really aren't sure yourself are you? If you really have doubts then don't deal with anyone you don't feel right about. It really ain't that hard to do is it?

Thanks Techman... I asked for your opinion as I knew that (on a personal basis) you knew ladies involved in the industry (albeit mostly strippers) and was interested to see what suggestions you might have, and how strong they might be, when one thought the ladies were being abused or coerced.

Thanks again for your insight.
