As much as I hate the CAQ, I’m proud of them on this one. It’s probably a distraction from bigger problems but they are still right for this lol

Regardless of how you might feel about the whole thing (the pronouns, gender politics...), it's just impossible to accommodate this in the French language, at least not without making sentences potentially completely illegible.

We (Francophones) keep talking about protecting the French language. This is part of that, in my book. I applaud it.
