I do a lot of that now lol.
Definitely on the agenda this summer.
Random thought : I'm already tired of winter and it hasn't even officially started. I wasn't made for cold weather. In my ideal world winter would be very snowy but only last from like December 23rd to January 2nd.
Other random thought : Australians celebrating Christmas in the summer always feels weird to me but then I remember I've done the Noël des campeurs thing which is arguably weirder lol

I need someone to massage my neck regularly, and I mean every day. Those tension headaches are hell. A massage a day keeps the headaches away.
Yeah agree, though since it's my first winter in Montreal, everyone has been telling me I need to lean in lol. Still biking and running so that's helping. Today obviously those are no-go's though.
I am still rooting for a spa day (maybe for all of us? can someone step up and fund that?

The last month of the year can be a very tense period for some
2024 was definitely a transformative year for me, and that implies a lot of growth and painful experiences (not in my career as a SP).. I'm just hoping the upcoming year will involve more joy
