It's a grey zone as you should follow the lease writings but if going to the TAL they will push the responsibility to the landlord. But do you want to go to such length ... As Shakira says: choose your battle!

I'm feeling truly bummed out and a bit distraught these last few days because I learned that Express Entry isn't a valid PR immigration stream in Quebec...I don't think I would get enough points for a CSQ either. This emoji doesn't do the feels justice but

Lately immigration has changed a lot and is even in paused now. I'm grateful I just got my PR card.
