Do you not pour the mouthwash into a Dixie cup as a subtle hint or suggestion?
I think it was on perb, someone said she pours two cups and yells “shots shots shots”.

Just do like a lot of Chinese/Asian providers do, accompany them all the way to the shower, turn the water on for them, pour them a shot of mouthwash and handle it to them before they step in the shower. Then stay there and engage in a chat while they wash themselves so you can monitor the process.
I personally never shut the bathroom door when I jump in the shower, it’s like a hint to the girl!
I've always had a thing even in my relationships, of being a peeping tom, voyer, and walking in while they shower, just to pinch their ass, or look at them like they are a piece of meat while i watch them intently sudds up and rince off, while i move the shower curtain just enough to not get wet myself.(at home i have a clear shower curtain and a material one, material for esthetics, and clear so i can move the material one aside and watch without getting wet myself. Even if it is just to peek at them for a minute and leave them to their thing. Admittedly there is a bit of a power move in there, but it would make my day, and get me in the mood some, and yes let them know i saw them as a toy, play thing, and was looking to have some fun.
And that my friend is why I am still hobbying!
