Here's me trying to lose 3-5 pounds of belly fat:
  • Went on a "no bread no sugar" diet for 3 weeks -> lost 3 pounds
  • Ate 2 hamburgers + a couple of toasts with Nutella this weekend -> gained 5 pounds

It's okay. You will be representing the dad bods during our MFM. ;)

Also asking for more details on private to other men is dumb because it really doesn’t mean anything. They could tell you that xyz happened and it won’t happen with you because the SP doesn’t like your vibe.
I mostly inquire about physical traits, service wise I only trust myself, too much pissing contest going on here. ;)

Sign you're getting old: The one time you don't warm up before doing sports, you tear a ligament in your knee. It's kinda minor (I hope) but still...

FML
Even youngsters at a good level of training can get hurt.
Training almost daily under coach supervision, I didn’t experiment such problems until I reached intermediate-pro level in training.
Now, when I approach limits, you have to « activate » gradually intensity and with time, you know yourself and you can get it done nearby limits.

Warming up is essential even when you are young.
All training even for pro athletes begin with warm up .
Once you get older your chance of injury increases and healing time takes much longer.
I stopped playing competitive sports in my 50s because I found I was getting injured much more often and it took longer to heal.
It was time to just drive my kids to their games and cheer them on.

Couldn't agree more. I still play competitive once in a while and never ever forget to warm up properly for a good 20 mn prior. Just this time, I showed up to play in a more social setting and, as I was just socializing with people around (some I hadn't seen in over 10 years), I simply forgot the basics. Silly me.

Anyway, I'm feeling much better. Just this morning was scary as my knee was really hurting when I woke up.

Is it weird to look at women and think, she’s so pretty she’d be a very popular SP

Would it be even weirder if you see a nice looking gent, if would put money down and like to please an SP, he would be a very popular client.

I wonder what it’s like to meet me in person for the first time. People in real life always tell me I don’t look approachable and that they’re hesitant to come talk to me so they just remind “internet friends”.

Do you mean outside of work or as a client?

Straight answer (but I've known you for a while now): You come up as someone who needs to be so much in control of every aspect of your life than it can be interpreted as slightly emasculating. You need to have the last word. I also used the word "rectitude" for a reason. All of this transpires in the way you handle yourself. Plus being beautiful adds to the challenge of being approachable.

I absolutely love interacting and playing with you cause you're not easy to tame ;)

Is this based on your meeting or also on the interactions on the board?
