I would sure not be happy being a young person without a house right now, the economy has tanked and will get worse before better. Many mortgages are coming up and the extra costs will cause defaults. Happy to be retired and mortgage free.
Summer. On really nice days I stay away from appointments. Summer is too short and given the choice, I'd rather be outside than in a dingy MP or at an incall + traffic

as I don't like to feel the heat. I understand people who enjoy summer, but not those who enjoy being (not close to water...) in 30+ degree heat.
