Reliability of Appointments Made Under Discount Rates?

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a known agency. I booked a couple of days in advance with a somewhat popular lady who recently came back from vacation. I was told that she would be available and that I would be kept informed of her final availability. On the day of the appointment, I had to call to find out that she's not available. It's as if my reservation meant absolutely nothing. Then I booked a backup with the same agency and went to the hotel only to find that my backup wasn't available because "something happened." No explanation was given, and the backups offered to the backup were, well, less than interesting. Because both appointments were made under a multi-hour special rate, I got the feeling that somebody simply out bid me at the last minute. Anyone ever experience this scenario and tried to counter offer and find that the previously unavailable lady is suddenly available again?

Frankly, this kind of BS is pissing me off. Not only am I out the hotel fees, I also wasted a couple of hours going back and forth, time that I could have spent doing a lot of productive things. What a way to deal with an agency's regular client. The next time I reserve a hotel, the lady will be from one of the HDH agencies.

You have to have a back up plan with another agency, otherwise you can be left holding your dick. A lot of hobbyists actually enjoy the rush of spontaneously having to make calls and scramble to find bookings on the spur of the moment. I see that you can do without that drama.

Just have a plan B, C, and D and always EXPECT them to come into play.

EB is right, you can't take anything for granted and appointments are as reliable as a used car saleman. I have held my dick often enough to attest to EB's wise advice.

Hello n00b,

Can you say which agency this was? I know you may feel a bit hesitant to say something for your own reasons, but the information would be appreciated if you are willing. It seems one or two agencies have been like this lately and I was wondering if this is another in the same pattern of cancellations posted recently? I had two "guaranteed" appointments cancelled on consecutive nights with the same lady.

By the way, what do you guys do to cancel your backup dates when your first or second choice, by the grace of god, actually shows up at your hotel?

At this rate, I'm starting to lean towards getting private massages or even going to an incall. As a local, getting outcalls are just turning out to be way more hassle than I'm willing to deal with.
