Then you should try to be a booker one day with hundreds of textos entering per hour with some people keep asking and bugging the booker. So you will probably have enough too and being rude in your reply. I can guarantee you it will be my case! Lol!
So according to you every one that deals with the public is justified in being rude and basically telling you to fuck off if you rub them the wrong way.
Wonder if you would accept that kind of behaviour from a waitress, a flight attendent, hotel clerk or any other service provider, I am sure they get their fill of idiots they have to handle on a daily basis.
If you cannot be civil to the public that you deal with then you have no business doing that job period.

All he did was ask if there were 30-45 min rates. Booker could have just told him there wasn't, and maybe we would've booked the hour.
I can't disagree with Charmer. However for some agencies/bookers, the asking of the question labels the caller as a cheapass. The busier agencies, as a matter of common sense and Economics 101, have low tolerance for perceived cheapasses, (1) because they are not providing cheapass service, and (2) there are known agencies/street level providers that provide cheapass service and rates.

But Charmer is right that a simple reply of "we don't do 30 or 45 minutes but you can book an hour with her" will do. We are of course assuming that an innocent question was asked, and we do not know exactly how this conversation went down. For all we know there could have been rudeness on both sides, one side or by nobody. Who knows?

I try to and do see both sides of the issue because my professional training makes me do so. And here I do see both sides of the issue. Does Euphoria's website page indicate no 30 or 45 minute bookings? If yes, I might give a bit of rudeness a pass. Because the caller is wasting the Booker's time.

Exactly. Or don't even answer at all. As the saying goes: "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all"

This is what I'm wondering. I've never experienced or heard of anything like this happening from Euphoria at all. I suspect there could be more to this story than what the OP posted.
Based on my own myriad experiences with Euphoria, which were all STELLAR, I have the same suspicion that we are not getting the full story. And probably never will. You guys all want to be flies on the wall, but the only person I know who ever got to be a fly was Jeff Goldblum. And you don't want to end up like he did.

No, there really is no reason to be that rude, basically just shows the ignorance and lack of class of the individual.
He could have easily replied in a polite manner and made his point or if he was so pissed for some reason then just ignored it without a reply, instead he had to show how important he is and that he makes the rules, typical reply from an ignorant dumb ass who is full of himself.

I have to go by what the OP posted if we second guess every post and statement wondering if it is true or not then what is the point of any kind of answer.
Is it so inconceivable that you had a booker that was pissed at the world on that particular day and acted like a total dumb ass.?
Yes there is always two sides to every story just ask any divorce lawyer lol.

No offense, but haven't we heard you on the other side of this coin in previous posts/threads?

This board is for reviews and to maintain the quality of service in regards to agencies, SPs, etc. I don't see the point of being a smartass and bashing other ppl's posts.

You can’t judge an entire agency based on the response of a single Booker. Could you imagine James being this rude? I couldn’t.

With all respect, it sounds as if the OP was trying to lowball the agency. The Booker should have responded more professionally, but oh well. Move on. The minimum I book is 45 minutes with DTUTR.com her in Jersey, but the point is I know for fact they accept less than an hour.

None of what you are saying excuses the asshole ignorant and rude reply by the booker.
Cheap or not some people prefer a 30 or 45 minute session, there is no harm in asking, I think even an hour is too short, I like the women I see and like to have a glass of wine and a couple of pastries and some conversation.
Euphoria maybe a great agency and have gems as well it also apparently has a rude and ignorant booker with zero people skills.

I've dealt with euphoria plenty of times. The booking experience is pretty solid. James and Gino are very professional. I highly doubt they handled that text, but I'd give whoever the Booker was a break on this one. Sounds like they were having a bad day and I have to agree....if I received a message like that in return I'd be a bit irritated by it. Agencies prefer repeat clients they're familiar with and I don't blame them for feeling that way since these clients are usually trustworthy and dependable. I can't imagine all the bullshit they have to deal with on a regular basis from unknown first time clients, but none the less, I doubt this behavior will continue

although this trhead has gone on too long already, I would like to add that the fact that Euphoria has not chimmed in here tells me the story is true (or they just don't care which I doubt). OK, they are generally very good (my 4-5 experiences were very good), but everybody is allowed to make mistakes. They should reach out to the OP and make ammends, it's never too late lol.

This thing about wanting 30 mins means your cheap is bugging me...there are multiple reasons why some people want 30 mins (I could list mine). From the point of you of a busy agency like Euphoria, dealing with 30 min appointments is a nightmare so I get it. I would not be surprised some regulars DO get 30 mins from Euphoria (with certain girls who accept it), but they dont want to advertize it.

Am going to jump into the alligator pit here...people in customer service have their bad days and vent out especially if they are tired, working hard or just plain overworked...happens to ALL of us. But, there is never an excuse for this and frankly should not be tolerated...what the OP requested IMHO was not out of the ordinary at all...a simpler and perhaps kinder response would have been better and agree with what was said above by 2F2S....some type of amends should be made by Euphoria...customer service 101 in my book.

Sharing a bad experience is not whining. One of the main points of reviews is sharing the good and the bad. It also helps others not to make the same mistakes. What I do not get, is attacking those reporting their bad experiences. We need those stories as much as the good ones.

We don't even know if OP is legit and his story reel! So easy to create a new account and post fake story to discredit a competitor! Easy to know who was the booker that day and if the OP is legit or not!
