Sad news, long-time member passes away

It is with sadness that I have to announce that a long-time member and great friend @Bbw hunter passed away sometime last week. He was well known here of course, and in Terb, especially the Ottawa subsection of Terb. He used to travel there quite often, and had friends in both cities.

Would also like to thank the anonymous agency owner who went above and beyond the call of duty to go check in on Hunt when we told him that we hadn't heard from Hunt in awhile, and if he could just go to check in on him. I don't know if he wants to be ID'ed, he can PM me if he's okay with being revealed. This just goes to show that this community looks out for each other!

I think he was around 55 or so.

So sorry to hear this news. Never met Bbw Hunter but we exchanged a few funny PMs and shared a disdain for the atrocious Montreal Hooters restaurant on Crescent.

It sounds as if his passing was unexpected. Thoughts and prayers for his family and friends. Montreal is less tonight.

Same here Cloud 500. Bbw Hunter and I agreed on politics, abortion, climate change stuff and over the top Covid restrictions. He was more transparent on his conservative views than I, but we shared one particular PM about how crazy the world has become. Never met him, but it’s unfortunate we never got to grab a beer in Montreal.

The outpouring on Merb shows how special he was to the board.

shit shit... damn, big loss for the community. I didn't know him personally but I did read many of his useful posts. My condolences to his friends here. I know exactly the feeling, I lost a friend I met here 2 years ago, only 46, lost to cancer. Hunter was young too...

Although I don't share the same taste in BBWs, his posts were enjoyable to read.

I hope he finds lots of BBWs wherever he is.
