As an outcaller i seen most girls take a shower at the end. Obviously its not a huge long shower but its surely enough to be fresh for the next client.

If you can't afford seeing an SP after another one, just don't book SP! Agency or indy doesn't matter.
Incall agencies usually keep 15min between calls. Plenty of time for the girl to shower if she didn't already take shower with the previous client like I ALWAYS do with any girls incall or outcall.
If there's an issue you can always politely ask the girl to refresh and that should not be an issue.
