Showing up late

My biggest pet peeve is being late, I hate being late & waiting for people who are late. I've learned to call friend's just before leaving just to see how late they will be there, for some reason some people think "meet you at 8 " means "leave by 8".

That being said stuff happens, traffic, car troubles, a flood, Godzilla attack etc... so sometimes it's beyond our control.

So my question is if you are late, let's say 15-20 minutes, to an encounter do you expect the SP to shorten your meeting by the same amount of time or do you expect the full hour

It's not really about whether she has another appointment after, but she almost certainly has a life outside of being an escort and may have places to be or things to do.

If she's free and has all day, then I don't see the issue with keeping the same appointment time. Same with if you give the lady enough notice so she can rearrange her schedule to make sure you both have the full hour. But if you call to say you'll be 20 minutes late right around the time you're supposed to be arriving, and she has to be somewhere after, then you can't expect her to accommodate you. Instead you could arrange for a 45 minute appointment instead, so you aren't paying the full hour rate when you don't spend the whole time there.

Gents,

So my question is if you are late, let's say 15-20 minutes, to an encounter do you expect the SP to shorten your meeting by the same amount of time or do you expect the full hour

I feel the same way. I hate being late, but I always have outcalls so I'm always ready. If the lady is going to be late I need to be notified in a reasonable time frame. Montreal Xxxtase and Montreal Sex City have been excellent at being very considerate in this way. As for MTLGFE and Wildtime no issues have even arisen yet. They're that good so far.

As for the question, of course everyone should be able to expect the full hour if they want to keep the appointment. If the agency and/or the lady have an issue we can all be understanding about being late, but I expect the full hour as I think we all should be able to. If there are clients lined up after me then they too have to deal with the same shift in the time frame, and it's the agency's task to let them know that. It's not my problem to be cut down or bumped. I've never known this to happen because of a timing issue and I hope no agency would expect any of us to accept it because of that kind of issue. In the past when I've gotten calls about a lady being late I thank them for informing me then nearly always agree to wait, unless I'm told it's going to be something extreme like well over an hour to wait. If so I may choose to go elsewhere. But no one should have to face being automatically cut or bumped for something they did not cause. In my view the agency is responsible for providing a full hour, or whatever agreed upon time frame, unless there is some other mutual agreement or a problem that makes fulfilling the agreed appointment too difficult.

The only time I can see an appointment being cut regarding time (not something else like health or a surprise issue) is if the night has run so long that appointments are now beyond the end of her working time frame. But before that the appointment should be kept.

Cheers,

Merlot

I hate being late so much that I am actually always waiting because I am too early...I wait at the metro wondering how early is ok?

If the meeting is at 11h I expect to start playing at 11h ,I do not include the chitchat before and the dressing back time after in my playtime but I admit having surprised some date in the shower ...
Maybe because of lower expectancy most guys put up with sp being 20 to 30 minutes late as a matter of fact...sigh

If I have a date and I do not hear of him 10 min before the appointed time I get very nervous, and unless you reach out to tell me you are to be late I will wait not more then 20 minutes if it is the first time because I have no way of knowing you are not a prankster, repeats will see me more patient but it is safer to let me know...The one time I ended up being late because the metro stopped I felt so bad I stayed double the time to make up for it...I know, bad business model but I felt terrible...

I too hate being late and it almost NEVER happens. It did happen to me recently for reasons beyond my control. I knew I was running late and called the young lady and let her know that I was involved in a situation that would cause me to be delayed (car accident, minor) and gave her the option to delay or cancel. She told me to let her know when I was on my way and she would let me know if she was available. She was and I stayed for the allotted amount of time. It's really a question of us respecting their time and they will respect the time allotted to us

Same here, i'm at least 15-20 minutes early and just sit in the car waiting (oh my god that sounds just sad) or drive around a bit, at least I usually get a good parking spot this way :thumb:

I don't think it's a bad business model (double the time might have been a bit too much though) It's a service business and i'm sure it was appreciated. He's more likely to repeat with you seeing that you took him waiting for you into consideration.

Gotta love Montreal
I'm always nervous as hell when I receive an sp and the last hour waiting for her is always killing me lol, so when she is late, I hate it so bad... I understand traffic is out of control, but when an agency is late without letting me know, its a babye...

Look behind you.
I have been late a couple of times due to traffic ( 5 - 15 min ) but text to start the clock at the appointment time. I very rarely do outcall so for a SP to be late does not usually happen, my in calls are 95% first appointment.

I think I was late ionlty two times, two different women. I knew that I was to be late, so I called them. I was lucky to have the fulll time. The first reason, they did not have another customer after me. The second one, this was not my first visit. And I think I could also say that it depends if she's ready to give you the full time. Don't ask them to give you the full time when you're late, let them decide.

Somewhere
Why should the one that is on time suffer for the one who is late ?
That being said.. as soon as you know you will be late you should notify

If you are late then it's up to the SP if she will give you the full time.

During my brief period with incalls I was never late. I would usually arrive 15-20 min before my encounter and waiting while scouting the area out. It's always good to familiarize yourself with your surroundings.

I hate when people are late, it just shows a lack of respect. I know people who are consistently late because for some reason they do not like waiting for people. I guess they feel they are too important...

Another scenario to consider is shared incall space - sometimes when providers are sharing an incall someone else may have the space booked directly after your appointment. In that case the provider will be obligated to finish on time in order to have time to shower and prepare the space for the next provider. She may not be able to offer you your full appointment duration even if she would like to.
