SP’s, do you notice how well - or not- a gentleman is dressed?

I am always a bit disappointed when someone is wearing sweatpants. Luckily, it doesn't happen often and mostly they're younger guys whom I don't see frequently.

Dang, I always wear sweatpants except for shirt in the summer. I don't like to dress well and attract attention.

People usually just dress normally, and most don't attract attention. It's not either "sweatpants" or "well".
