Thanks for the laugh STN ...
it is funny really because as you know I favour meeting older gents ,reason is because they are more serious and thrustworthy in my experience, but yesterday I made an exception and accepted a meeting with a late 30 guy, well if it has been today I would have thought it was a April fool prank because the meeting was at 10h and at 9h30 as I was in the metro 15 min away from the motel I got a email from my ''date'' saying that finally he was cancelling because since I usually meet 40+ it must mean I do not enjoy sex with guys his age...
I was flabbergasted and could not help but reply that first I was already on my way (he said he didn't thought I would, hum, only if one can teleport, it does take time to go somewhere so 30 min before a meeting yes I am sure to be on my way...)
and second the reason I favour older is precisely because I had too many no-shows like he was doing...

So maybe I should add a note about favouring bald which by the way is sexy,it is like white hair ,not nice on ladies but on a guy yes...unfair I know...

I hate writing ads. I also hate writing resumes and personal dating profiles, etc. It's difficult to sum up one's personality and the experience they offer in a few words. I'm honest in my ads and try to present the essentials, with a few of my best qualities, but I often wonder who really reads them. When I talk of an intimate relaxed experience, and someone texts me for a 15 minute appointment, or I describe myself as classy and someone asks me "do you take it up the ass?", I get a little discouraged.
On my site I have a section with quotes from my reviews. I think that others' testimonials may be a better indicator to gentlemen than anything I would write in an ad.

And so I do too Tianna. That's the hardest in life to "sell ourselves, to promote ourselves". I dislike to present myself, to find "qualities" to expose and convince other people that I have those and this, for real. to feel sincerity in the ads (any kind of ads) is something important in our days.

That become almost a running gag for me to hear when I am meeting someone who is surprised : "Oh, you are really this, and really that"
But I wrote it in my presentation, and for me too, that's a part difficult to understand, but better take it laughing of it after all.

There is a common thought that "All Sp's" are just plain lyers". And after reading this thread where guys are coming and saying: "all this, is bullshit, I don't read at all" but we were awarded about this fact, with the kind of emails we are receiving sometimes. (I'm talking about "we" because I talked to a lots of women from many years, and that's a common things, a lots of people don't read and have been asking some kind of dumb questions or not....... who are already answered on the website, or often in the advertising.

Just for everyone to know, I have been an Indy without a website for many years. Just using advertising on mainly, 1 site, or 2, majority of time.
So, maybe I develop to wrote some kind of complete informations on the ads back then? But I feel that I am doing certainly something right, because I met and I am meeting such fantastic people because of how my presentations were made.

Oh, by the way Tianna, I adore your current ad and the pics you are using now. It shows that you put a lots of time to choose wisely your words and you are having a refined presentation. Just a chance that exist gentlemen who are reading and could appreciate the time you invest in it. You made a very good work. :thumb:

I sort of enjoy the challenge of writing ad copy for myself and helping others with it too. I don't think I do a lot of flirting in my ads and I'm uncomfortable with claiming titles like "the best in Montreal" or hyperbolic things like that, but I do strive to find the perfect words to convey my personality. I think the most difficult thing is finding the right synonyms for the usual standbys like 'beautiful' or the infamous 'sensual' (SPs who have met me or know me probably already know the inside joke on this). I'm also an English lit major though, so I probably put more emphasis on the importance of words and style than others.

Look behind you.
This conversation came up this morning, females who who do the duck face ( puckered lips ) with their lips, most men do not like that at all. If you want flirty pictures stay away from that look.

When i get interested in meeting a lady, i usually end up reading all her post on MERB, looking her up on twitter etc etc. The ads and websites actually make a big impression on me as i get turned on by smart and funny people and i like to think the girls i meet are sharing their real personality... If they have a way with words and are a little nerdy, then even better.

Nabokov wrote: "For me a work of fiction exists only insofar as it affords me what I shall bluntly call aesthetic bliss, that is a sense of being somehow, somewhere, connected with other states of being where art (curiosity, tenderness, kindness, ecstasy) is the norm." Perhaps we can say the same thing of a few hours with Delilah Sansregret? :)
