Was wondering how many fellow merb members have issues or concerns with not being active enough. By active I mean being either mentally or physically active. Studies have shown that both are beneficial heathwise.
Most of the ladies that I’ve met (in clubs or on merb) know about my really busy work schedule. It’s extremely rare for me to be at home during the day with nothing to do but watch TV. In fact so rare that when it happened to me yesterday, it felt really awkward. On the rare occasions when I’m not working, I usually go clubbing (if it’s late evening) or arrange a multi-hour session with an SP. Instead yesterday I just stayed home, ordered a pizza and pretty much just watched TV. I left to go back to work when the cleaning lady arrived. I literally felt at one point that I was just wasting time and was wondering if this “feeling of wasting time” contributes to health issues for those who lead inactive lifestyles.
In fact if I could cut my work schedule by half, it would give me the opportunity to travel, see more SPs and spend more time on the dance floor at various clubs. No way would I have idle time on my hands.
Speaking of idle time ... time to get back to work ...
