It is a bad idea. The hourly wage would not work. It will make clubs force clients to take dances and girls will no longer have any incentive to give great dances. It worked before because that was the non contact era. It was more about the stage shows. In other provinces like Manitoba and Alberta the clubs enforce mandatory tipping of the girl while they do their stage. Someone walks around with a bag and has to some some change. I personally do not think this will ever work. About schedule they got to enforce it because look since covid all strippers just want to work weekends. Not all of us work office hours. I can go during the week only so yea for the rest of us they should be balancing out the strippers. Even contractors cannot work whenever they feel like it. They are governed by laws, small businesses in Quebec on weekends have to close at 5pm with the exception of grocery stores and pharmacies but even they cannot keep more then four employees after 8pm on weekends. My two cents.
