I believe the health care workers and teachers on strike today are striking because of Lego or is this the fault of previous governments lol?

I know in the last decade both healthcare and teachers have had strikes already. I just cant seem to find the dates. But have had to deal with both sectors striking already in the past. Just this time seems all sectors are striking at once. It isn't new for these sectors to have been short changed by the government. It just sucks the government only cares about takeing care of the rich while refusing to let those working hard down the ranks be properly taken care of too.
Edit: finally found it... teachers strike was 2015, and nurses and healthcare was in 2019
