Even in general life and it goes for both man and woman. If the person who is married or has a significant other and decides to cheat with someone else. How is it the person that had no idea that the person they having sex with is married or has a SO if they did not say anything? If the SO finds out that they are cheating they have the habit to go after the person they cheated with but they should give crap to their SO who decided to cheat on them.
It shows a lack of empathy if you are aware that the person you are sleeping with is married.

I think we are talking about two different things. I am not talking about sex workers here. Two conversations got mixed up. And obviously the person who cheats on their partner is more morally in the wrong than the person who "borrows" another person's partner, but the latter is not blameless either.
