Perhaps most guys are just not interested in seeing another guys dick in action next to theirs whether it is a buddy or stranger.

I used to think this also until i finally decided to try out the experience myself. I learned that nobody really gives a shit about how other guy’s dicks or asses look. Definitely agree about the review thing. Of course there would need to be consent from ALL participants.

This answers one of my original questions: MFMs are probably rare but do happen, and are kept private.

Out of curiosity, and it's really a theoretical question, would you agree to a MFM if you have met one of the guys, and the other one is a well-known member of the board who came with references? For example AirBo and myself? Again it is purely a theoretical question.

My two cents, and I roamed the swinger lifestyle for a minute, I've done GB's, MFM, FFM, MFMF, and orgies...

So, it's all about the WHY. What is everyone looking to get out of it? What is turning who on? And so long as everyone's onboard, have at it.

In theory, when there are two or more vs one, the "one" is the focal point and SHOULD have the most fun... They should never be bored lol, their pleasure should be what turns everyone else on. Alternatively, in a dominant way, it wouldn't be their pleasure but rather them being used for everyone else's pleasure that turns the other parties on... But they remain the focal point.

I feel like review board guys aren't the audience. The vibe I get from clients when I take part in these events is that they're not the type to write reviews, so maybe that is why. I'm not sure about a no review policy, maybe there is one? But if you'd like to know what goes down at the orgy parties, the best way to know is to attend one

And to attend, is it invite only (like become a regular, and then the possibility is there? Or are these events "public" so to speak?)

They are typically advertised, often on social media and newsletters. It's not invite only but typically most of the clients are regulars of at least one of the girls at the orgy. We do screen though, so be ready to screen if you'd like to attend one!
