If you never had the opportunity to experience a meal at the 7th floor cafeteria before it closed you missed out on of the best kept secrets that Montreal had to offer.
I was more of a hot chicken sandwich at Zellers kind of girl

Anyone that bought their clothes at The Bay. What is the closest thing to The Bay or everyone pretty much buy their clothes online now?
True say but they do not got everything. The Bay really had quality stuff from mattresses, cooking ware, bedding, and many other things.Simons but I’d say it’s even better
I personally hate online. I like to go to the store and see the item in person. It is hard to judge the product just from pictures. Clothes and shoes you really need to try them on to get the right fit. But often I do not have a choice to order because many clothes they do not put it in the store.Personally i strickly buy cloths online. My pants are all cargo pants, and i wear tshirts either of music bands or some cool designs like skeletons and such. Only things i buy in store is boxers and socks. Socks i feel like i have a lifetime supply right now lol, my mom gift me so much ..And boxers usually ill get them at Tigre Geant, Walmart or whatever. And ocasionally ill get a new hoodie but i usually use these to the cord, like i have some i have since i was a teenager... no joke. A few holes near the hand but otherwise still good to go for random every day life things.
I never been into fancy clothing or whatever. It even became a running gag here i guess (the dude with the tie and a tshirt lol)

Im a bigger dude so its hard to get my size in store and depending how i weight (its been fluctuating later years) even actual music shows sometimes stop before my size.I personally hate online.
I am short, either way retail store ignore us men under 5"10". But I get it if you need sizes in the extreme end then you got no choice but to order it online. Even me myself, I buy a lot of stuff from Banana Republic and Gap and they never have it in store, I have to order it online.Im a bigger dude so its hard to get my size in store and depending how i weight (its been fluctuating later years) even actual music shows sometimes stop before my size.
I like my shirts "loose" too so i always pick a size higher so im sure it fit.
Shoes i agree with you tough i need to try them first.
You are right. That is what took The Bay out, they had way too many physical stores and they were huge. The daily overhead cost to run those stores were huge. It just did not fit with the modern trend of ordering online. The Gap adapted and they closed a lot of their physical stores. They have more stuff online, they’re playing safe but not having so much merchandise in their stores
I guess you could say that right now maybe. I seen way bigger than me but i don't feel comfortable in my skin currently.in the extreme end then you got no choice but to order it online.
